Mark turned up on time - was professional, courteous, clean, advised us to get a plumber to fix some drainage problems with A/C and did not do anything to nickle and dime us. Fantastic! - will use them again in a heartbeat.

From the time AirTech came to my house to provide a quote on a broken AC, they were very professional. The tech that initially came out seemed to really do as much as he could to accurately assess the problem. He took his time compared to the other people we had come out to offer quotes. The other companies spent around 10-15 minutes before delivering the news that everything needed to be replaced and it would be in the range from $8,500 for a subpar system up to $15,000 to the best. The customer service at AirTech over the phone was seriously excellent. I called probably 10 times in the two weeks before deciding to go with their bid because I didn't understand anything about HVAC, the bid, how to pay for the service, etc. They were always very patient me. I'm sure on their end they started remembering who I was with the frequency that I called. I used an Angie's List deal that was $29 for the service visit to diagnose the problem that came with a $100 credit towards services. My bid came in two parts: 1) replacing the unit ($5,600) and 2) replacing the duct work ($4,300). They were able to let me pay for them in two separate transactions which allowed me to finance the unit replacement on a Wells Fargo Home Improvement card they offer with 0% APR for 12 months and the duct work replacement by check. The duct work applied the $100 credit and was also eligible for a 3% discount because it was cash/check. It seems complicated and a little petty to pinch pennies but $10K is a lot to drop for anything! They didn't waste any time at all the day of the service. As soon as they knocked on the door, they jumped into the attic to start pulling the duct work out. I couldn't be happier with what I got from AirTech.

The technician was punctual, courteous, and efficient. He finished the inspection, detected and repaired a leak and left in less than 90 minutes.

My AC went out in my home. I purchased a coupon with Angies list for Air Tech. The coupon deal worked out great! The tech name the day I had it scheduled, fixed the issue and gave me all the details as to what he did and what I should do in the future. The call center was very friendly and I did not have to wait long to book my appointment. I plan to use Air Tech for any future services.

Let me start by saying that home warranty companies employ some of the worst contractors I have ever met and because of this I finally turned to Angie's List. My first unit that would continuously pump hot air into my home whether the thermostat was on or not had been evaluated by no less than 3 different A/C companies from the home warranty company. The first AC company said it was an issue with a wire from my unit that runs out to the air conditioner outside that was getting wet intermittently causing the system to kick on their suggestion was to run a new wire for $400. The home warranty said they didn't cover that so I ended up paying out of pocket, but it appeared fixed. When the problem recurred again the next company wanted to excavate my house to look for that wire for $5000. The issue spontaneously resolved itself so I declined that crazy plan. When the problem recurred again the third company that came out claimed that it was a wire in the unit that would get stuck when it got hot and continuously run my heat pump, but again the issue appeared to spontaneously resolve again. All three companies were focused on selling me 3 new air conditioning units with no regards to repair trying desperately to have me pay out of pocket. Kyle Scallan from AirTech came out and was prompt and was able to find that a red wire was crossed with a black wire and that was what appeared to be causing the issue. After he fixed that wire my heat pump no longer turned on by itself. It literally took him 5 seconds which was incredibly enraging to me given the amount of people and time I have spent on this single issue. My second unit has also been looked at by 3 other A/C contractors and all they ever did was try to push a new A/C unit to buy with no regards to repair. The first one flushed my pipe with air. The second said I needed a new drip pan and despite multiple calls never showed up. The third A/C company wanted to just replace my entire unit out of pockets. I asked Kyle to look at my second unit he looked at the drain pipe and said that it was clogged. He replaced the PVC piping that was clogged. Nobody else bothered to do that. I will have to update later to see if that repair does the trick. In the end my service was great and I was pleased to have someone who was competent and got right to the source of the problem versus feeling like someone was trying to push a new A/C unit on me like a used car salesman. If and when I require a brand new A/C unit I would definitely contact AirTech in the future to receive a bid from them.

I contacted Air Tech of Houston because of their good reputation on Angie's list. The technician came and checked my AC. I paid the inspection fee for the visit which the company said would be applicable towards any actual service they performed later. The company (Jeremia) emailed me a receipt but no estimate. I replied by email asking for an estimate. Jeremia emailed back saying the service technician was going to write up the estimate. Days went by. I called and ask about the estimate. They woman I spoke with said they would send it. Days went by. No estimate. I contacted them by email again two more times to request an estimate. No reply. Amazing really. If this is how they respond to their customers.

Sam arrived on time, was very courteous and did a great job! Minutes after he left, I could tell my system was cooling better. He also explained additional options I could do to reduce stress on my AC and further filter the air.

First of all my initial phone contact with the company was pleasant and the nice lady who scheduled me was very proffesional, as was Joey, the manager whom answered my questions even after hours. They were very quick to give me an appt. within 24-48 hours. The tech was Rudolfo, and he called me as we agreed 30-40 minutes before he arrived. Very prompt and a very clean and tech who was friendly and was very knowledgeable with 20+ years in a/c repair. He did the inspection and the whole package they offered both upstairs and outside. He had the latest technology in tools and was very kind to also observe the heater was old and needed replacing as it was unsafe to keep using it. I asked him for an estimate which he wrote for me in depth and it only took him 10 minutes more. My overall opinion is this is a top notch operation and I would strongly recomend them. What a pleasant experience in these times of having so many un-trained techs and un-reliable service people. This was not the case with AirTech of Houston!!!

They come out twice a year. I had bought a coupon on the internet for one unit. I didn't see what they did, but things got done rather quickly. They had uniforms and company trucks so that was professional. I will be using them pretty soon.

Fantastic experience. I purchased a AngiesList deal to have them come do a spring maintenance check on my A/C system. I was able to make an appointment right away, which was a nice surprise. The tech was punctual, polite, and gave great feedback as to how I can keep my system running well. They also provided and "end of visit" summary which was helpful to see what what was done. Very impressed and will use again for regular tune-ups or repairs!

The service was kind of average not the best. We did not pay any extra. They could improve the quality of their work and their professionalism.

My memory is somewhere around $250 and that was because they told me part of it was warranted and it turned out the whole thing was warranted so I wound up paying them for the part that they said was not warranted. There was no clean up. I think that the company was careless and not checking to find out if the warranty covered all the work. I had another company come out for the same thing and they ascertained that everything was covered and they did it for no charge. For the portion they did I thought it was average. The quality was good.

Service Tech was on time. He was very courteous and put covers on his shoes so he would not track dirt across our carpets. My wife appreciated that . Everything went very well. We would use Air Tech again.

One word: Smooth. The technician showed up on time at my rental property and was complete within the hour.

Everything went smoothly. Chris was our technician and he was very friendly and professional. He was able to answer all of our questions and we will definitely be calling them for all of our future air conditioner needs.

Real reason for purchasing the deal was to have the two AC units checked, especially the one which was diagnosed as having a leaking coil last year. The technician diagnosed as having one unit needing one pound refrigerant and the other (with leaking coil) three pounds. Also, the capacitor on the faulty unit was going bad. I was charged (3 X $45 = $135) for refrigerant and $289 for the capacitor. When I told the technician about the leak that was diagnosed last year, an estimate of $2,925 was given for the replacement of the coil (American Standard) and $5,825 for replacing both coil and condenser (3 ton American Standard). I was able to buy a deal on Angie's List for $2,999 for replacement of both 3 ton coil and condenser (American Standard) which was installed last week. I leave it up to the reviewer to draw their own conclusion about the high pricing that this company charges for repair and replacement of old AC units.

The AC installation went great. Very professional and prompt with very short notice. They have been doing the annual inspection and are very good.
