I called about 830 in the morning to have a AC tune up and they where able to send a guy out that afternoon. Arrived on time and performed service as advertised. Service guy was very nice and helped explain in detail what was happening and additional tips. I highly recommend!

The only issue with them is they ended up going to the billing address location instead of the property location. They went to the wrong location and ended up being, like, an hour late, but one they got there everything was fine. I think they came within a few weeks after we scheduled the appointment. It was good. Other than the fact that they got here an hour late, once they got here everything was great. They did what they said they were going to do, knocked it out pretty quickly and were professional. The product worked as advertised and they cleaned up their mess. The cost was reasonable. I bought the service on line and they showed up.

I'll reserve the right to modify based on a future expected service call currently set up - Sales and installation team was very professional and the professionalism of the salesman is the reason Air-Tech won the job. The installation crew was prompt, courteous and started and finished the work as scheduled. The system has not worked since installed. Fortunately the cooler / wet weather allowed for a poor performing solution to get us to this point. The first service call occurred a week into the installation as two of our upstairs room were not as cool as the others. I was told it was a balancing issue and would be resolved with a service call. The service tech showed up told my wife that the air was cool (made her feel the air) and was told there are no issues and you have a one year warranty if there are any issues. I continued to see warmer temperatures and my downstairs 16-year old unit was producing almost the same Delta T temperatures that the upstairs brand new unit was producing and a service tech has not touched it in years. My second scheduled appointment was cancelled the day of the appointment as the service tech that was scheduled to come to the house was put on weekend duty and the company does not work weekend techs on Friday. I took off the afternoon to accompany the service tech. The service call was rescheduled for Tuesday afternoon (today). Again, I took off the afternoon to be here. Was told the service technician would show up between 4:00-4:30. At 4:15 I called the office and was told the service technician would arrive. At 5:30 I found a cell phone for the technician and called and was told that there was a mix up with the appointment and unfortunately they could not come this afternoon although the service tech offered to come after 7:30 in the evening. I declined. It's over 80 degrees upstairs right now and I'm hoping the technician comes tomorrow and provides me with a working solution given the fact it is a brand new entire installation. I'll be happy to update this if everything is made to work as expected.

Called and arrived in a timely manner. ?Very professional technician. ?Performed over and above with me (the homeowner) asking questions the whole time, annoying to be sure, but the technician was very professional about it. I would ddefinately use them again.

First of all the ladies in the office were SUPERB. JJ was so helpful every single time I called. When I asked her for more information on the deal, she did so happily and nicely instead of acting like I was bugging her. Miss Katie Brown was another shining star in the office. She sent me an email to confirm my appointment day and time. But she went above and beyond with her helpfulness and her pleasant disposition. She was professional, sweet, kind and friendly. She could have just said your appointment is such and such and left it at that. But she made me feel like I was an important customer and not just another appointment. My Sincere thanks to JJ and Katie! Jose was another shining star for AirTech. He called me to advise me of his estimated arrival. He did a fine job. He did find a minor issue and offered to replace it. I felt he was informing me and did not ever feel pressured to do anything extra. Jose was polite, clean and professional. A special thanks goes out to Billy, Jose's supervisor. AirTech has great people and they do great work. I would highly recommend them to my friends and co-workers. And I will most definitely use them in the future for all my heating and A/C needs.

The technician showed up right on time, introduced himself, and quickly got to work. He thoroughly inspected the outside unit and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. There was no extra charge and the coupon covered everything. I will definitely use AirTech of Houston in the future.

Very well. Only complaint was that the tech was unfamiliar with our thermostat so she ws unable to calibrate which would have been nice since my room seems to run colder than the thermostat says. No biggie though. Otherwise, they were prompt, courteous and thorough. I will absolutely use them in the future and suggest them.

Our air conditioner was no longer cooling very well, which we knew from past experience meant it needed more refrigerant. We purchased Air Tech's "AC Tune-Up Plus Evaluation and 2lbs of Refrigerant" deal through Angie's List. They promptly called to make an appointment, and were able to schedule it for a convenient time and day. The service technician, Joe Stidham, called ahead as promised and arrived right on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions. He did what appeared to us to be a thorough inspection, and cleaned the outdoor unit. As expected, he determined that our air conditioner needed more refrigerant, and added five pounds—the two pounds included in the prepaid deal, plus three more for which he charged us. (Joe did offer the option of trying to find and fix the slow leak that causes our air conditioner to need more refrigerant every few years, but he never tried to pressure us, and we are happy just adding refrigerant occasionally.) The quantity and price of the refrigerant was consistent with our past experience, the deal we had purchased was a good value in the first place, and Joe was great in every way, so we were completely satisfied. We waited a month to write this review to make sure we knew the outcome; the air conditioner is still cooling splendidly.

They came out and did what I paid for and did a good job.

They are always very punctual. They come in & do a thorough inspection & clean up. What I like the most about this company is that I feel I can trust them. Even before I purchase the new system and I had an old system that was limping along, they worked with me and my budget and didn't try to oversell. When I purchased the new system the technician and I talked about various options that would save me money in the future but never was I pushed to buy a product more expensive or bigger than I need for this small condo.

Excellent. Use them again. Easy and prompt appt setting and confirmation and tech arrival as stated. Tech, Samuel, excellent professional. He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, focused. He imparted his technical expertise with explanations in layman's terms that help me decide on additional work his analysis provided him to suggest. I like that part of my promo price was credited to the work. I feel good about my experience with Air Tech Houston and give kudos to all and especially to Samuel. Good job. Overall good experience. He was very professional. Checked everything. Gave me a quote for requested work. The quote seemed a little high to me (for value we would get from it), but I have no one else to compare to and I agree what he proposed would be the correct fix. My guess is it was right on for the work required. We decided not to fix it (or do the new work) and continue using the work around. Overall great job.

Arrived on time for seasonal inspection. Started the system up with added refrigerant.

After purchasing on angieslist, the shop called me to schedule the service -- on one of the times I had selected. The technician called 30 minutes before arriving. He was professionally groomed and in a clean, crisp uniform. Before examining the system the tech asked me if I had any problems or concerns, and then began his work. He examined all components of the system, adding a pound of freon and then reviewed his findings with me. My AC is cooler now, and it's one less thing I have to worry about going into a hot Texas summer!

Purchasing online was easy, as was setting up the appointment with Air Tech. Their technician called to confirm he would be arriving as scheduled. He was courteous and professional, and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. He told me what he found (nothing, thank goodness), answered my questions and assured me that I was all set for the summer season. I plan to engage this provider for semi-annual check-ups for my system, a practice I have found to be well worth the money spent as long as you have confidence in the service provider - which I do!

Misdiagnosed problem, indicated that there was a small leak in the condenser coil. Quoted a repair of $3200 with all aluminum replacement parts instead of copper. I was told the parts were higher quality, after some research I learned they were not. Got a second opinion from a Lennox Factory Certified Service Provider. Leak was actually in the Evaporator Coil. Replaced the evaporator and solved the issued for $2500.

It went well. Showed me future potential problem. Recommended to add 1 lb refrigerant though price was high particularly they offered the combined service (AC tune up and 1 lb refrigerant) for a total of $49 after performing the job at my home.

Quick and convenient next day scheduling. Punctual arrival following the 30 minute "on my way" notification as promised by the scheduler. Technician was very courteous, professional and obviously knowledgeable. Did not rush through the process and took time to explain everything he was doing and checking. I appreciated this because of my curiosity and desire to learn any AC tips. He did not mind me "shadowing" him and asking questions. I feel comfortable he would have done as thorough of a job even if I had not been observing. The tech mentioned a couple of opportunities for incremental improvement of my system, but no pressure or "up-selling". All in all, a pleasure. Of course, it is always nice when there are no major problems found. But I would expect this company to be good to work with even in less fortunate circumstances. I would likely contact Air Tech if in need of AC service.

Steve the Tech came by and did a quick inspection of both of my AC units. He confirmed the smaller one upstairs had a leak with his leak detector. He wrote up his recommendations and advise us to use our Home Warranty to replace the coils which could be costly if we had to replace it our self. Job well done.

The technician, Mark, called 1/2 hour out to let me know he was on his way. He also arrived during the service window I was promised. I observed him while he performed is checks on the A/C systems. He explained to me what he was checking on each task performed, He also suggested that I replace an off balance blades on the outside unit(because the unit shook when it was running) in the near future to avoid having to pay for a replacement motor. Mark was very outgoing and answered all of my questions and told me that both of the units were in good working condition. I was very happy with the service performed and would recommend AirTech of Houston to my friends,

The technician was courteous and punctual. He found that my evaporator coil had a leak and then proceeded to charge the system with refrigerant. He filled the 2 lb that were included with the service visit, but that wasn't enough to fully charge the system, so he charged me $58 per pound to fully charge the system. It needed 4 more pounds of refrigerants so the bill came to an additional $232 on top of the service charge I had already paid. He also gave me a quote to replace the evaporator coil, which came out to over $3,100. The technician also claimed that there was no way to tell where the leak was coming from, which turned out to be untrue. I looked up the coil and while I can't confirm that I was looking at the same brand, the coil would not cost more than $1,000 for the part. Therefore, they were trying to charge me over $2,000 for labor and some other things that I probably didn't need. I ended up getting a second opinion and saved over $1,300 going with someone else who was just as highly rated on this and other sites. They also were able to identify exactly where the leak was coming from and took pictures of the location of damage on the coil. Lastly, they charged my upstairs AC for $10 per pound of refrigerant, so I know I got fully taken advantage of with AirTech's price for refrigerant. If you go with AirTech, just make sure you get other quotes, and beware of them trying to up sell you. And do not let them just charge your system with refrigerant. They are gouging like crazy on their price for that service.

Our drain pan had overfilled and was leaking in the ceiling. the tech did a though check unplugged the clogged drain cleaned the drain pan and dried everything out all for $29.00. We love these guys and will not use anyone else

to start the company called me on a weekend to respond to a question I left them. I then called and asked for some to call me on Monday because I had additional questions. they returned my call on sunday night about 6:30. Amazing service. for the actual service, they showed up on time, performed the ac check. during the check they say a minor problem and fixed it then and there. I will definitely use them again.
