Description of Work: first time-- they came out to look at our heating unit and check it for the winter. second-- they just came out and in the same day installed a new airconditioner and change the furnace. we had an appointment for them to come and look at the air condition and when the tech arrived we told hime that the air went out the night before. he check it and my husband asked about the air condition (new) and he made phone calls and we scheduled if for this pass weekend on sat . the tech came by after he finish getting prices on air conditions and said how about lets doing it today and sure enough we got it done. it cost $8800.00 he ask me to give him time to get the guys and gather everything and they would be out and get started. wow about (this is a guess on how many )-- techs were outside and tech were inside upstairs in the attic. i guess five or six upstairs and maybe three outside working on the unit. they started at 1:30 pm and finished around 6:45 pm. cleaned up every little bit of trash even dust. we are happy !!! the tech called and came back out sat to for about an hour to check on unit upstairs with his controls. then gave us his card. between the price and wonderful manners we very happy!! the supervisior name was steve. the tech who was in charge was bryan. answered all of our questions - so polite. i would recommend air tech to everybody!! we give them an a++ if possible

Description of Work: Air Tech was responsive and arrived at agreed time. The technician was polite and informative. I needed air conditioner to work and when technician left, it was working.

Description of Work: Called this company for emergency service for an air conditioner issue. Stated they provided emergency service. Called at 3 AM, left message. Their message said someone would get right back to me. No one called until the next morning at 7:30. Woman said she slept through the call.

Description of Work: The technician checked up in the attic to assure that everything was in working order. He then checked the outside unit, cleaned it out and recommended replacing a part. i don't remember what it was, but he suggested that the unit was too small for the home, and this part was working overtime and would cause problems. I told him I couldn't afford it right then, and he said he would hold my check until my next payday, which he did. He was courteous, cleaned up after himself, and kept me laughing the whole time. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

Description of Work: Steve Finly technician for Air-/Teck of Houston arrived on time. completed the inspection of the heater and exhaust . I also ask him to install an thermos ate for the system. Steven was very helpful in setting up the thermos ate . Show a few times how to program the system. He offered to come back if I needed and help with program. He was very professional and informative.

Description of Work: Installed 2 new total systems including ductwork (2 ton & 3 ton - 2 story) in our primary home - and also installed all new ductwork in our rental house including servicing the units. Showed up on time for both appointments - very professional. Showed up on time for both jobs and had a great crew that cleaned up after the installs.
