Description of Work: He did his job but failed to replace "trap door" leading to ac/heater units properly. I called to report it and was told someone would come the next day after 3 PM to fix it but no one ever came. I am an elderly person and unable to do this myself. I have hired someone else to do it for me.

Description of Work: It was a special on Fall Heater check. After leaving a message, they assured me I would be called back within 24 hrs. I had to call them back after 3 days of not hearing. We scheduled an appt for 10/15/13 for between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Their tech called me at 8:20 am to say he would be there in a few minutes. Fortunately, I was home. I was not terribly impressed.

There was some billing confusion, as I paid them $136.00 at the time of the service when I had actually purchased the Big Deal for $136.00 for the service. They informed me that I needed to get a refund from Angie's List for this issue.
