Description of Work: My outside a/c unit would not turn on at all. I called them to come check the problem. They scheduled me within 2 hours of calling. The service tech, Chris, called 30 minutes prior to arrival. He found that the wiring in the disconnect box, originally installed when house was built in 1991, was not installed correctly and the wiring was touching the metal and burned the metal and wiring. He urged me to call out an electrician because he couldnt pull the wiring out of the brick on the wall far enough to see how far the wire was burned. He was very professional. This is the second time we've used them and had a good experience each time.
