Description of Work: Air Tech technicians were straightforward, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. They replaced the entire ac and heating system in under 3 hours. A followup call was needed, but the problem was our upstairs neighbors system leaking into the return air duct from a faulty drain pipe accidentally knocked loose during installation. Air Tech arrived within the hour and repaired the pipe which was poorly installed the last time the system was replaced in 1999. The technician took the time to visit our neighbor and explain the situation. I will definitely use Air Tech again.

He determined the duct work required modification, and accomplished. Warmer weather will determine how effective this action was. I am satisfied with the service performed.

Description of Work: Late by an hour but he phoned, explained and apologized, so I still give full marks for punctuality. He could have charged over a $1000 for repairs but replaced a $200 part instead and told me how to bypass the expensive features that broke down.
