Description of Work: These guys did an awesome job cleaning our vents! We had an air quality checked by a different company concerning a different project ongoing in our home. Our air quality tested out at the highest air quality rating about 3 weeks after the vents were cleaned. Thank you!!

Description of Work: Our air was barely working...they answered the phone in person..even late in the evening...showed up on time the following day...wore shoe covers and serviced our air conditioner.. he measured the coolant in front of me before and after ( never happened to us before ) and only charged us the cost of a coupon I had from their website for a service visit and coolant...they were awesome! When we need a new unit ( and we will soon )we are calling them.

Description of Work: The reason why I am canceling my coupon and requesting reimbursement is that I have two units and coupon is only for one unit. For two units I have to pay $178. Rather then buying coupons I will sign annual maintance agreement with AIr Tech. I set up appintment with Air Tech on 29 August. Thanks to angie's list for recommending me this company.

Description of Work: Outside and attic. I thought that the service included cleaning and servicing the air conditioner but tech did not perform the services to my knowledge. He only gave me the readings and suggested that I get a couple of items like a drain for the part of the AC in the attic (which I have since done) and a part to add to the condenser when it kicks on which I have not done.

Description of Work: I arranged this for a rental property I have. The tech arrived but didn't know why he was there because their computer was down. The renter of the place said they needed an inspection because this is the first house, rather than apartment, she has lived in. All he did was an inspection. Nothing was "tuned up" or "fixed". The system is not cooling properly. I have a different company coming out this week.
