I emailed Airtech that night, received a call first thing the following morning, and they had a technician scheduled to come out noon that day. The service tech showed right at 12:00 and had the problem identified and corrected in 20-30 minutes. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: |Somewhere communication was lost, & they did not show up. They said they did not have my phone no. Rescheduled & all went well. I had been told last summer (2013) that my unit was leaking freon, but Craig did not have to put any freon in at all. He cleaned outside unit & 2 inside filters. Also, he inspected my furnace & wrote up an estimate (which was emailed to me, too) for complete new a/c & furnace for later this year if I choose to replace. I felt at ease w/Craig at once, & he was very knowledgable about my units. He was excellent in explaining things to a non-expert, and I did not feel talked-down-to as some workers attempt w/women. |Of course, I was relieved re non-leak of freon, but sorry that Air Tech wasn't who I dealt with last summer!
