Description of Work: I used them twice. The first tech was very nice. But I didn't want to add the bypass for the AC and Heating to reduce the static presuress b/c it will males AC and heating not that efficiently. I have the zone control board and it is 3 zone control. The zone control for the second floor was bad and he switched to the spare one. I asked he to leave both dampers open to reduce the static presuress. But the first floor was so cold b/c the warm air was hard to push down. I called second time to ask to reconnect the dampers. The second tech came and he reconnected both dampers. He told to change both dampers b/c they would't last long ( a weeks).So far there is no problem with the heating. But I just find out the damper for the first floor is not connected. It stays open all the time. I don't know if I should call the company back to reconnect it b//c they want to install new one.( It was working before them came).
