 + -1 moreI received a couch from Ashley Furniture that was damaged. Rather than replace it, they contracted AHM to fix the damaged portion. However, I have made 4 appointments with them, all of which have been cancelled by them at the last minute, and then rescheduled for a month later. Every day they've been scheduled I had to take a day off, which means a loss of money to me. They don't care about the time or money of their customers and their practices are tantamount to fraud since they have been paid for the service but will not provide it. Avoid this company.
