Joseph was amazing. He did a great job installing our toilet, explained everything that he was doing, was tidy and timely, friendly and professional! Highly recommend Abacus!

We have used ABACUS for many years for our plumbing and HVAC needs. We have found them to be efficient, professional, and honest. We have had Mr. Garcia, a plumber, do work more than once. He is personable and explains clearly what needs to be done. He leaves his work area clean and neat. We intend to ask for him by name in the future.

The technician was very knowledgeable. He told me what my options were and advised me on how to maintain the pipes. He was very helpful.

We had Abacus out twice...due to first trip/repair not fixing leak. The plumber sent out on second trip spent over an hour to determine source with no luck. A supervisor was called to assist. Both men spent an additional two hours trying to find source. They constantly kept me up to date on what they were doing. Very professional and compassionate customer service. Still not sure what source of leak is...now going back to shower installers. But would definitely call Abacus again —they did not want to give up and did not leave until every option that was “plumbing” related had been explored. Thank you John Crowder and Hamzeh Elayan!

We only use Abacus!

I believe Abacus is on the upper end of the price range overall. They do good work, but you will pay for their warranty and reputation. The water heater we purchased from Abacus was significantly overpriced, compared to the same water heater online. But when you need a water heater, you need a water heater.
