The professional plumber was unable to unclog our drain. A couple trips to a hardware store and use of air compressor helped turn it into a successful DIY project. Plumber communicated options and trouble he was having. He didn’t charge us the full amount since he didn’t resolve our problem and he didn’t try to sell us something he didn’t think would work. He couldn’t reach the clog after multiple attempts. Would call them again with a different problem based on experience.
