This was our first time using Abacus. This company came highly recommended by two separate people. We know now why. We will definitely use Abacus again. Andrew was the electrician that came out. He was the most professional, honest, hard working electrician we have ever used. Their customer service is A+. No matter who answers the phone they are so friendly and courteous. No matter how many questions we had, Andrew knew the answer. He was so helpful. This is a A+ company. I highly recommend them.

Our service representative, Steve, was such a gentleman! Steve was very respectful, wishing to explain what he was doing and explaining the need for the work we agreed to have done. We appreciated his great attitude! Even though we needed to have work done. You will always be well represented by workmen if Steve's caliber. 

Our technician took them to explain why our parts failed and what we can do to prolong new parts life and the life of our entire homes plumbing. This had never been explained to us. It was great to have someone so knowledgeable about plumbing and water treatment explains the issues and the fixes we can apply in the future. It was really appreciated that he took the time to inform us of entire home fixes for our problems. 

As always, any technician from Abacus performing service best of the best. Sebastian very helpful explaining work to be performed, estimate for services, issue causing leak, started repair, cleaned are, completed paper work, all less three hours, hats off to Sebastian for a professional technician.

I was very impressed with his attire, his technical knowledge and the fact he arrived when he said he would, assessed what needed to be repaired, gave an estimate, answered all of my questions and completed the job in the time he said it would take.

Gregg made this job a success. There were a lot of problems to resolve, obstacles to overcome, and he pulled it off while having to deal with the expectations of an engineer for a client. He was not alone.  A primo master locator, two top notch apprentices, plus a dig and clean up crew that I am sure turned heads with the neighbors on the professional job. I was present virtually every minute of the job and was more than an observer. Gregg allowed me to be involved on the thought processes but in the end he took full responsibility for the project, managed it, and then topped it off as the master plumber. He had the full respect of everyone involved including myself. I told Gregg at one time late in the project that he certainly entertained this old engineer and made an exciting week for me. The only thing that might have made it even more fun would have been to have the project done for free. Just dreaming. But having the BAM discount did take the sting out of the cost. I have used Abacus for my annual inspections in the past and will continue in the years to come. I certainly hope that, if Gregg is not the one who comes to my home, he will be involved in training those who will performing those inspections.

John is AMAZING. He is very friendly with an AWESOME personality, professional, a great listener and possesses a very high skill level. John checked out the 2 air conditioners by cleaning each plus I have rats and mice going in the attic/house walls through the air conditioning hole into the house so John sprayed with silicone. Hopefully, that will do the trick. Your company installed the (American Standard) air conditioners in May 2012 so I want them to last a long time and John is assisting me by doing a thorough job of checking everything. Also, John installed 2 new air conditioning filters.
