Excellent plumber, who did everything very professionally. Replaced plastic parts that worked for 20 years with industrial parts that will probably last a lifetime. Wish I would have had the choice of the part I had that lasted 20 years vs the very expensive part I had to buy. I paid over $600 to have a bathroom faucet ( that I had already purchased) installed and the two valves under the cabinet that shuts off the water to the faucet. Again he need a very professional job, but the price was outrageous!

Pleasurable experience.

The technician showed up 4 1/2 hours late totally unprepared. The internal communication between scheduler and technician was non existent. I already had the water heater. The tech said this is a 2 man job and wanted to reschedule. I helped him get the water heater in and he charged way to much for the 45 minutes of work done

Quality work friendly plumber but pricey

Abacus repiped my home and installed a water heater. Repiping a home is a huge job, worth the peace of mind that comes from knowing galvanized pipe (with the potential for leaking) has been replaced with PEX. The Abacus technicians were capable, polite, neat, caring, attentive to detail.

Their plumbing division is the best. Steve the plumber came to my home multiple times until he could fix the gas line to my Fireplace. He's awesome!
