I called them for two specific problems. One was to clean the coils inside the house. The other was to clean out the drain line. The first day they were a no show. I called and they showed up the second day. I had coupons. One was $50 for being a 1st time customer. Other was for tune up. $80. I was told to pick the best coupon to use. He showed up the second day. Said I needed an access door installed before he could clean inside coils. Had to come back the next day. He blew out the drain line. Took him five minutes. Did not show up the next day. No call for either no show. I took vacation days for this. He showed up on the 4th day and installed the access door and sprayed a can of coil cleaner that cost $10 at Lowes. Total cost???? $339 and four days of vacation for me. NOT HAPPY!!

He did a good job installing a ceiling fan.

The technician showed up fast and was very friendly. He determined my compressor was grounded, but was not able to determine if it was under warranty to provide an estimate (it is). The price he quoted was $1000+ more than what I received from another company.

The technician who came to do the job is a very good professional.Unfortunately he did not have with him the type of ladder needed to reach out to the light fixture. He managed to fix the light but cannot put back the glass globe as the cannot reach there.

Brian arrived on time and provided quote for job requested and for additional work that needed to be done. He said that someone would be back in approx 1 1/2 hours. Alan arrived on time and proceeded to do the work in a professional manner and cleaned up after the job was completed. Highly recommend Abacus to anyone needing work done.

Abacus gave me an honest opinion even though it meant less money for Them! The certified plumber was thorough, efficient and really explained my plumbing problem and options for service. I appreciate the honesty! I will definitely use Abacus from now on!

Please do not let them talk you into expensive repairs you really don't need. The Coil program is very expensive is not really needed.

My AC was not cooling fast enough, caused the system kept running. I called Abacus, and the technician came found the problem and resolved it in one trip. Also explained to me what was going on, what he did, and what is the measurement that the problem was resolved, and verified to me and documented it in the invoice. I am very happy with their service and the results. We should expect nothing less than what Abacus provided. 1) diagnose the problem, 2) explain to the house owner what the problem is, and what solution they are going to provide, 3) resolve the problem, and has a way to verify it. 4) Verify/demonstrate to the owner that the problem is resolved. 5) Document it/paper invoice provided 6) Charge reasonably. 7) The same problem does not come back in a short period of time. - results must be sustained. 8) Recommend other services(membership in my case), but do not put pressure on it. I highly recommend the Abacus Plumbing, AC and Electric.

The receptionist who called to set up the appointment had a very good phone etiquette and good attitude and I would rate the company very high.

This was an overall plumbing inspection of the home at low price which turned up a few minor things that needed fixing. Also drained the water heater. Very professional and no hard sell. I would recommend Abacus anytime.

Issue was bath faucet diverter fell out. Tech (Herbie) arrived after time promised. Used epoxy on existing parts and said wait 3 hours to set. Waited 10 hours. Fist time trying, parts immediately fell out. Ordered new diverter faucet from Amazon. Looked at it to see how diverter slide fit. Went to existing faucet and in 10 second replaced parts that fallen out. Did not need new faucet. Called Abacus yesterday 26 hours ago and made complaint. Was told I would get a response in 24 hours No response. Simply, plumber was not qualified for this simple task. Updated - Monday - received phone call from Manager. Apologized and said they would refund 100% of $88.00 paid. Not yet received.

They are expensive but they were available on short notice which was what I needed .
