They called immediately, had someone out the following day, and the repair was completed the next day (on a Sunday).

The contractor was great. I need the problem taken care of. They told me exactly what indeed to do; just looking for the funds.

Professional courteous and cleaned up well

Abacus Plumbing came out. Checked for gas leak at hot water heater but didn't find one then quoted me about 500 to float the whole house to find the leak and another 400 to fix a shutoff valve. I didn't agree with that. I called centerpoint they found 2 leaks at hot water heater and fixed. Another plumber fixing shutoff valve for half of what I was quoted. Glad I only paid Abacus Plumbing a trip fee!

Jair Morales was quick to diagnose our water leak and very thorough. He went way beyond the call of duty in a quiet, unobtrusive, knowledgeable and efficient way. He took care to illustrate to us how to prevent such problems in the future. Overall, a very satisfying experience.
