professional plumber did a good job. may not be the lowest cost but they do good work.

The technician that came to see the water heater was very knowledgeable, but their price was astronomical. They tried to get my signed up for a member service which was really more of a "peace of mind" kind of thing, but was also expensive ($130/year). This was on top of the price quoted to fix my issue.

large comopany , it took a while to get call back. Work preformed was fast and efficient although they are expensive.

I didn't not hire them, they called 2 hrs after the appointment and said they would have to come out later and then they kept pushing it off. Our first appointment that was at 2-3 turned 630. I just cancelled the appointment after the 4th call.

They called me twice on the day of service to confirm appt time. When tech was on the way they called giving me about 30 min heads up with name of the driver and sent his picture to me via email.

The people that work directly work for them are great. One of the out sources for some construction work were rude, but they took care of that for me.

Abacus just finished a large plumbing job at my home and my two plumbers, Jair and Brent, were both fantastic. They diagnosed a drainage problem that had previously gone undiagnosed by other plumbers and then used all resources at their disposal to ensure the issue was totally resolved. One benefit to using a large company like Abacus is the access to other professionals who might need to be called in to complete the job (electricians, roofer, diggers, etc..). Jair and Brent coordinated all efforts and also ensured that I understood everything that was going to happen before they did anything. Giving the customer this kind of attention, education and information kept me very comfortable with and knowledgeable about every step in the process. Thanks to Jair and Brent for their professionalism, knowledge, easy-to-work-with personalities and their reliability. I would highly recommend using Abacus. I'm sure glad I did.

Lyndell was very courteous. He provided a reasonable quote and then asked if we were senior citizens, and then discounted the price accordingly. The repair was done immediately following our approval, and the area was cleaned up properly. Very good service! This is what I hope for when I call someone for a service call.

I have used this company before for my hot water heater install. 2 for 2 on service.

Our technician was prompt, courteous, neat and knowledgable.

As promised Abacus sent a plumber, identified the issue, provided an estimate for the replacement part and fixed my water heater on time. Great job keep up the good work.

They quoted high and then later came back with a discount. I agreed knowing it was high but discount. It was 2 connectors. They we nice and reputable.

They made recommendations that were contradictory. They did not recommend a key part that was not installed.

Top of the line service from top to bottom. Highly recommend.

I thought that the service was expensive, but I am secure in the cost of the service. We previously had our water heater installed years ago for a lesser cost. However, Abacus gave me piece of mind because the plumber educated us about the maintenance of the water heater in order to ensure the units longevity. And they offered an annual service agreement.
