Description of Work: Offer on Angie's List. I called to schedule as instructed. Woman behaved surprised as though she didn't know about what I was talking. Was told I'd get a call back. No call back. I called a week later. I had paid as instructed. Response was as though I had never called. Set me back a week trying to get movers. Very unprofessional. Did not honor offer made on Angie's List.

Description of Work: Their driver was extremely careful and professional. The assistants that he hired when outside of the Houston area were good but not great. Another family member moved later and had a similar experience. Some of the office staff was outstanding and others were average.

Great - as noted above.
Description of Work: Moved furniture to storage then to new home a few weeks later. Really don't remember the cost since it was 3 years ago, but it was reasonable. We had some large pieces, including a piano. They worked quickly, efficiently and everything arrived in good condition, including some irreplaceable family pieces. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: The office was able to work with me with very short notice on a very tight schedule and we're so pleasant to deal with throughout. The movers arrived just when they said they would, despite the traffic, and wasted no time at all. They put everything just where I asked and were very careful with everything. The movers Tim and Jose were most professional, efficient and pleasant. They took great care in loading my belongings, especially my baby grand piano. All furniture was wrapped and taped. When arriving at my new destination, the same occurred, professional, efficient and pleasant. I also want to mention Jason Alford who coordinated this move.
