The packers were professional and fast. So fast that they got to some items I did not want packed but had not marked yet. There was no breakage and no lost items. The movers arrived on time and went to work. For the most part my wife and I just stood there and pointed. They unpacked just as fast, again with no damage. Their office called multiple time confirming dates and times and were happy to answer any and all questions. Out of the many moving companies I called they were the only one that came to my home and gave me a written estimate. The other companies just took information over the phone and ballparked an estimate. I am very happy with the service I received.

I used A Better Tripp for my move last August; it was my first time hiring a moving company and I was extremely happy with the entire process. My move consultant gave me lots of important information and even some questions to ask the other companies I was considering, just to ensure I wouldn't choose a lower priced company and then be met with surprise fees like stair trips. Considering how happy I was with my last move, I called A Better Tripp to handle my move this year. The reason I did not choose them for my move this time was because they were unwilling to give me a discount for being a repeat customer. Their prices rose $10/hr more from last year, so my 3-man crew would be $125 this time, and the trip fee would also be $125. With the 3-hour minimum, I was looking at a total of $500 for moving a one-bedroom apartment! I was offered the $40 Angie's List member discount, but since I was a returning customer and an Angie's List member I wanted something better. I was told that during "peak moving season" the company was not allowed to offer further discounts. Also, the day of the week that I would schedule my move would also not change the price at all. I was moving mid week, not on the weekend when most people move, but was told the price was the same regardless of the day of the week. I had a great experience with my first move and was hoping to give A Better Tripp my business again. I would recommend A Better Tripp for anyone's first move, but do not expect any special treatment as a repeat customer.

I was really impressed with the efficiency and knowledge of the movers, they were on time and worked very fast and very hard. There was a lead senior running the move in a very organized manner and some younger gentleman clearly working on a summer job/ break from school. These men worked hard and took great care with my belongings and did a great job with communication. I would much prefer young college aged men moving my stuff over ex convicts. My only constructive feedback was that the pre-move communication with the main office was slow and could be improved significantly. But the communication with the movers was outstanding.

Hi Member, Efficiency and knowledge of the moving process is very important to us and our teams do a terrific job! This summer season has been the absolute busiest in our 17 years of business. The volume of home sales in the Houston area has driven us to set all kinds of records industry-wide. Our entire team has done an excellent job in processing all of the many phone calls and emails and moves that we handle each day. Thank you for your compliments and we wish you the very best of memories in your new home! Renee Long & Melvin Parker & Team A Better Tripp Moving and Storage 713-266-8348 www.abettertripp.com

Three men wrapped wooden pieces. They were very careful with every piece and put down mats at the new location to protect the floors. They placed every piece where we wanted it. They arrived on time and worked steadily until the move was complete. They are not the least expensive movers, but they are good.

UPDATE: David and Allen, as I said, misunderstandings happen, and yes, I should have asked more questions so that I was completely clear on what the bottom line price might be -- but I had also asked for that bottom-line number and did not receive it. I also printed out everything I had received from you, and could not find it anywhere. But more important than the money -- far more important than the money -- is that you both have completely missed the point of my review. It was HOW WE WERE TREATED as a customer of this company. I stand by the review and my opinion of you as a business owner. You did nothing to try to resolve any of our concerns, ever, during the entire five months this has gone on. As I said, one phone call would have gone a long way. Instead, you knew this review would be coming and you waited so you could respond in the manner in which you always do. You have done nothing but prove my point more completely. Would it have killed you to call me to discuss this? One phone call? Why wait for this review? You could have easily avoided it by trying to be a reasonable businessman and turn the situation around. I hope you continue to have more happy customers than unhappy ones, and that you receive a majority of A's in your Angie's List reviews. But Heaven Forbid if someone else is unfortunate enough to misunderstand or not ask enough questions ... or to expect you to resolve claims issues quickly and satisfactorily. I'm sure they will be met with the same disdain, lack of responsiveness and defensiveness that we have been. -------------------------------- In early January 2013, due to the mostly positive reviews I?d read on Angie?s List, I contacted Better Tripp Movers to get a quote on our move (including both packing and moving) to our new house, scheduled for February 2. The very first time I spoke to the salesperson ? Allen Beaulieu ? I stressed quite strongly that we wanted a FULL estimate so we could budget accordingly. He said he completely understood, and together, we took time on the phone to put a general estimate together based on his explanation of how the charges would work for all aspects of the packing and moving process. Together, we came up with roughly $1,900. I thought that was an excellent price and said let?s move forward with a more accurate quote. Allen then came to our house to do a survey of items to be packed and moved so he could give us an accurate estimate. The ?Non-Binding Estimate? I received via email after that was $1,122.25. Nowhere on the estimate did it say anything about additional charges that would be added later. To me, the estimate was complete, and while I did expect it to go up/down a bit before it was all said and done, I did not expect it to change significantly from that amount. We decided to add the $400 of insurance to cover our items while in transit from the old house to the new house, which brought the new estimate to $1,572.25. The packers/movers showed up on time, were respectful and courteous and moved quite quickly. In all the moving process went very well ? we have no issues with this part of the experience. At the end of moving day, the moving supervisor presented us with the final bill. We were completely floored. It was $3700.50. What happened to $1,572.25? Allen explained later, when he called to find out why we were refusing to pay the full amount, that the final bill isn?t determined until after the move is complete. He NEVER told me that, and nowhere is that stated on either of the Non-Binding Estimates we received. I?d heard all the per-this/per-that explanation from Allen, but honestly thought he had factored all of that into the estimate he presented to me. We had an extremely difficult discussion with Allen in our new kitchen to express how angry we were. We felt tricked and taken advantage of, and felt we were being forced to pay nearly three times what we were led to believe. I reminded Allen of our original discussion, and how I had stressed the importance of having as close an estimate as possible so we could budget. He kept trying to re-explain the per-whatever charging process again, and I told him it was like hearing Greek ? I was a potential customer, and I had asked for an accurate estimate. Even with the original estimate he and I came up with in early January, there is a significant difference between $1,900 and $3,700. He should have done the math for me, and given me a range -- obviously when we did that together on the phone in early January he KNEW it was far off. If he had told me it might range between $3,500 and $4,500, I would have been fine, and I would have been far better off financially in the end, but he led me to believe that I would not pay much more than the estimate he presented. Moving is stressful enough, but to have this unexpected additional expense on top of everything else was quite upsetting. Even more upsetting was Allen?s reaction and attitude during our discussions with him, and his hounding us to get the remainder of the amount due. Neither Allen, his sales-manager boss or company owner David Tripp gave a flip about what had happened. They just wanted their money. When we unpacked, we found about a dozen items that were broken ? and with two exceptions, all were irreplaceable or could not be repaired. I completely understand that these things will happen when moves are made. My issue, as with the above situation, is how we were treated throughout the claims process. When we submitted a second claim form, I received an email from the Claims Manager, Linda Fowler, stating that by law they had 90 days in which to respond. This was not necessary, and again, extremely poor customer service. We weren?t talking about thousands of dollars or complicated research that was needed. This was simply a delay tactic. We noted the 90-day mark on the calendar and heard absolutely nothing from them during that time ? I had to send two emails reminding them about our claim close to, and after, the 90-day mark (one was to Linda; she later claimed she never received it ? so odd since I?d simply replied to the last email I?d had from her), and the second was to David Tripp. I am quite sure if we had not sent the reminder emails, with the second one threatening to take legal action, we would have never heard from them again. That is inexcusable. Misunderstandings happen, things get broken, people don?t do their jobs well ? all of that is a part of working and also human nature. I get that. I work for a major global corporation and supervise numerous professionals. Things don?t always go as planned, and often communications aren?t clear or specific enough. But it?s HOW you respond to these things that indicate your level of professionalism, integrity, ethics and just good old fashioned business courtesy. If David Tripp had bothered to pick up the phone and call me, apologize for the situation, and offer some sort of (even small) compromise, that would have gone a long way toward turning around my view of him as a business owner, and as a person. But that didn?t happen ? quite the opposite, in fact. We were made to feel as if we were the bad actors in all of this and that we were just trying to get out of paying the final amount and rip off his company. Nothing could have been farther from the truth. The only reason it has taken me this long to post this review on Angie?s List is that we were waiting for final resolution of the claims process. I read several of the reviews from people who?ve also given this company an ?F? and the responses from owner David Tripp. David, you are defensive, almost to the point of being rude. Often, people who don?t follow the best practices in running their business spend a great deal of time rationalizing their behavior and decisions instead of trying to find solutions. I am quite sure I will get a similar response from you regarding my experience. That?s ok ? it doesn?t change what happened, and it certainly won?t change my opinion of you or your company. Bottom line for me, I trusted far too much and didn?t ask nearly enough questions ? and I accept that responsibility. Hard lesson learned. But I cannot accept the inexcusable treatment we received from Better Tripp Movers.

Member, 1) We are pleased you were satisfied with our Move Team's promptness & professionalism for packing and moving. 2) We have been expecting a review of this nature based on our dealings with you. So that our future Angie's List clients are not misled by your review, I have cut and pasted my "original" email quote to you so members can decipher your accusations.....In this response, I cannot attach a PDF file with the "packing" charges showing $1572.45, so I have added it in ALL CAPS at the bottom. 3) My calculations as seen below: Moving Rate - $165.00 per hour (4 movers, 2 trucks) x 8 hours = $1320.00; Packing Rate - $115.00 per hour x 8 hours = $920.00; Packing materials/containers - $892.25, Travel Time on Packing Day - $115.00; Travel Time on Moving Day - $165.00; Valuation -- $40,000.00 coverage, $250.00 deductible - Rate - $400.00 = Total $3812.25 ----- Estimated to You. Actual Move - $3700.50. Did you not read the Move Scope that I emailed to you on Friday, January 18th? The PDF File that I attached was to show you the travel fees and packing materials/containers fees ONLY - there was no hourly Labor. 4) All household moves are C.O.D. and paid in full when the move is completed. This is based on Moving Hourly Labor, Packing Hourly Labor, Packing Materials/Containers & Travel/trip fees. You signed the Household Goods Proposal /Moving Services Contract at the beginning of Packing Day on 2/1/13 and again at the end of Moving day on 2/2/13, showing all fees. You refused to pay for the services rendered to our Moving Supervisor/Driver; therefore, yes, we did pursue for the unpaid portion. 5) Angie's List Members below your review have rated us with Pages of Happiness. The "F's" that you have referred to are members that did not use us at all. Here is the email that I sent to you: From: Allen [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Friday, January 18, 2013 10:06 AM To: (removed for privacy) Subject: Your local quote with packing Hello (removed for privacy), Thank you for having me over yesterday. I was very happy with them. They were very good. They were fast and very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were prompt and efficient. They were very pleasant and I thought their price was reasonable. They put the stuff in the truck which was fine and then they got it in the storage perfectly. They were just great. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

The moving company showed up at the scheduled time and date. They were all dressed professionally and were very courteous & helpful throughout the entire move. Though most of the household goods were already boxed and waiting in the garage, there was still some furniture that needed to be disassembled. The men got right to it and wrapped all furniture in moving blankets for protection and carefully loaded everything into their truck. The truck itself was in very good condition and the interior allowed for everything to be strapped securely to prevent shifting during the trip. Upon arriving at the location in Webster, they immediately started bringing everything to the upstairs apartment. It was extremely hot and humid but these men really hustled and continued to have a very good attitude. They even assisted me with unloading my vehicle without even being asked. After assembling the furniture again and placing the boxes in the proper locations, we settled the bill which was surprising reasonable. I also included a nice tip to each of the men which was greatly appreciated. If I should ever have to move again, I would not hesitate to contact this company for their assistance. You can't go wrong with them!

1. Booking and preliminary cost estimates were thorough and informative. 2. Crew was arranged for arrival between 8AM and 9AM but targeted for 8:30AM and that is almost to the minute when they arrived at my door. 3. Crew introduced self and reviewed workplan and asked if I had any specific needs or issues to be aware of and then began work. 4. Two man crew - worked non-stop, asking relevant questions, and were thorough and attentive to little details in wrapping furniture and moving so as not to bump walls, etc. 5. Move loas was completed and transfer to new apartment and unload was accomplished exactly within the 3 hour minimum time alloted and this was due to the non-stop work efforts of the crew! 6. they cleaned up after their unwrapping job and reviewed all final paper work ensuring I understood next steps and then left.

A representative came to our house to give us an estimate on the size of trucks and crew that we would need. Allen's estimate proved to be very accurate. The office called me a day ahead to verify the appointment. Our move required loading on one day and unloading on the next day . The crew was very easy to work with. Everyone was courteous, professional, and efficient. They used their time well and worked together as a team. I felt very comfortable with the team. I never heard them arguing with each other. They seemed to know who would do what and did what was required to get the job done. I hope never to move again, but if I do, I would call this same company and ask for the same crew. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a moving service. My crew was Danell, David, James,Oscar and Guadalupe.

Went very well. The movers handled everything with kid gloves. They also protected my wood floors. I also forgot to take china out of my cabinet on the top shelf. When I discovered this during my unpacking process I was sick that everything was broken, but to my amazement, everything was fine. I have moved in the past with other movers and the china would have been ruined. I will use this company again and I have recommended them to my family and friends.

I contacted the provider (who I found on Angie's List) three weeks prior to the move to relocate an upright piano from KC to Dallas (my current residence). They gave me a price that I agreed to (even though it was a little high) and I gave them the dates that I would be in KC as I wanted to meet the movers as they picked up the piano. In the interim period, I signed a bill of lading and gave my credit card. I continually communicated with them on a date for pickup. Four days prior to pickup, they confirmed the pickup date (although not the time) and that the mover would contact me the day before (a sunday) to confirm the time. I proceeded to drive up to KC (8 hours) on that Sunday based upon their assurances. When I was one hour from my destination, I received a voicemail from the driver that, not only wouldn't they be there on the date provided, but that they 'had no room on the truck for the piano'. And that was the end of the message ... nothing about a reschedule. Just that they couldn't accomodate my move. I tried to call the mover back, but he didn't answer and there was no way to leave a message. I left both an email and a voicemail with the company's main contact number. I finally heard back from them the next afternoon (the original move date). Since they had no satisfactory resolution for the situation, I requested a written confirmation of a cancellation of the order. I had to request this several times before I finally received it. I would NEVER use this provider again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I understand that complications occur, but their customer service was horrendous.

(deleted member name), For this shipment of a piano from Kansas to Plano, TX, we did everything Melvin Parker told you that we would do. He asked you if you had total flexibility on this shipment and you told him you did. You made it clear that you had no time frame. Melvin told you we could complete the task within a 30 day period. It is mandatory that you sign an Order for Service and give payment information before we do the pickup. When you received the date that we would pick up the piano, we did not give you time, but rather told you that our driver would call you 24 hours ahead, which is what he did. Our drivers only know the clients that are on their truck. They do not have any input on scheduling. You were called the next day, which was a Monday. Our office is closed on weekends. However, all sales reps give their clients their cell phone numbers. Then Melvin, your sales rep, even called you to see about a reschedule because we had another truck en route two days later that we knew had room. This was the resolution. This date was still in the contracted 30 day period for pickup. You were emailed by Kim, our Interstate Moving Coordinator, a cancellation email and an explanation that your credit card was not run, by Tuesday morning. Contrary to your statement, our customer service by several people involved was right on the money! We hope you have had your piano shipped and wish you the best. [member name removed], Not using our moving services and rating us with an “F” because you did not receive a call back or an email response is disturbing to us. I have had our technical personnel check our spam filters to see if something was caught there because sometimes it is. Your information under this name was not there. Technical issues happen with on-line forms and sometimes people forget to hit the send button. We keep a log of each person that calls in and we do not have you logged in. Many times people call several moving companies and cannot remember which one they called. Perhaps this was the case. Sometimes they believe they have emailed us, but forgot to hit the "send" button. If we do not answer an email within 72 hours of your filling out the form – PLEASE call us. Summer season is the absolute busiest time of the year. We talk with several people a day, do in-home surveys and try to provide the A+ service to which our Angie’s list members are accustomed. They came out and gave me an estimate. Movers showed up on time, worked quickly, and took great care in wrapping furniture for shipment. The crew also worked quickly at the other end and helped make sure everything was where I wanted it to be. No damaged or lost items.

The best movers I have ever used. Took such good care of my antiques and old player piano! Can't say enough good things about them. One of them, in the process of loading the truck for the trip to the new house, found one of my sterling siver rings on the floor of the bedroom and brought it to me and asked if I had lost this! They do good work whether someone is watching them or not. Placed all my furniture exactly where I wanted it in the new house. If I ever have to move again, I will definitely use them again.

Dates fill up quickly in the summer and with Houston being such a great real estate market right now, we are extremely busy. Well, I thought it went well. While Mr. Parker was there I asked how soon the move could take place. He told me he would check the schedule the next day and I never heard a word. It was very disappointing. I would never recommend this company based on my experience with Mr. Parker.

[removed member name], we are responding to the "F"s you have given to our company when in fact, Melvin Parker did meet with your wife and your son at your home to do a free in-home estimate. He emailed your wife on May 14th, the next day, because I have the email. He needed zip codes. I'd be happy to share that email with you. He also made a couple of phone calls to her and did not receive a return call. When he heard nothing from your wife, he assumed that you had found another mover. He gave your wife his business card with the company information folder. A call or email to him would have signaled that the email was not read and needed to be resent or discussed. We do not visit with our clients and then forget about them. That would be a complete waste of time and money. Hopefully you have been able to obtain a quality mover and get your move accomplished in a timely manner. Renee Long Sales Manager 713-266-8348

The movers broke two feet off of my sofa. They were very apologetic and took the two broken feet with them and said that they would be replaced by the office right away. No one indicated in the slightest that I had to initiate the request for new feet. After six days, and my grade of "C" on this website, I got a call that they would take care of the replacement. I do have the replacement feet now. I have to say that I am amazed that they found an exac t match. I greatly appreciate that because my efforts in the interim failed to find an exact match. William generously offered to come up and screw the bun feet in himself, but that was not really necessary. In the end we were made whole. Thank you William.

Professional and courteous are 2 distinct characteristics that we are most proud of having in the moving industry. Plants are not to be transported on our trucks at all - due to exactly what this complaint said - they usually get crushed or dumped over or the pots get broken. Many times the moving team will take them because the client doesn't want to leave them behind. However, it is with risk. You should have been told that they need to be transported by you. Plants are also known for bugs of all sorts and we don't want that in our trucks to be transferred to your other belongings. Thank you for your comments. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with A Better Tripp Moving. I worked with Allan to coordinate the move. He was, I dare say, chipper every time I spoke with him. He was easy to communicate with, easy to reach, gave me multiple numbers to contact him at, and he was on time for the estimate. This move occurred during a very stressful time for me and I really needed it to go smoothly. I have moved around all my life and I know that sometimes it goes well and sometimes it's a disaster.....and sometimes you have control over it and sometimes you just don't. I booked them b/c 1. I felt they had the most consistent reviews on Angie's list 2. they had a great rating from the BBB 3. it looked like they had trucks large enough for our belongings (~14K lbs). Then I held my breath. I was so relieved when they arrived on time Saturday morning. They were courteous and hard working. They brought extra boxes and helped me finish the packing b/c I had not been able to finish it ahead of time. They managed to load the entire house in Houston in one day and then arrive at our house by 9am Sunday morning in Austin. My family and I fully expected them to be late Sunday morning and they were not! Right on time and spent the whole day unloading. From a customer service perspective, I felt that the crew went above and beyond what they had to do, and the stress on my shoulders slowly lightened as the weekend progressed. It was indeed a smooth move and this was such a huge blessing for me. I went to bed giving prayers of thanks for everyone involved. I would most definitely recommend them!

Member, It is nice to hear how happy you were with our packing and loading team. We understand how stressful a long distance move can be especially with the volume of furniture and boxes you were shipping. Our pack and load teams are sensitive to those factors and have you best interests in mind during the move. Thank you for taking the time to review us. I will never use a company that starts out unprofessionally. I can't believe the lies. I put it in my calendar as we spoke. In fact, she asked me if she could come earlier than 9:00, but I told her we couldn't. When I called to say she didn't show, she said that they were so busy, she messed up. (not my problem) She apologized. It did not sound like she didn't know. Her assistant called back in 30 minutes to tell me she couldn't make it and asked if we could reschedule. I wanted it now because if our house sells right away, we may need to move in a month. Mr. Tripp. you ought to record Renee's conversations as she is covering her butt with her answers to you.
Description of Work: Renee made an apt to be here at 9:00 this morning to give me an estimate. I called the office at 9:15 and asked for Renee. When she got on the phone, I told her I was waiting and she apologized for forgetting the apt. She asked me when she could come out and I said now. She agreed. I asked her how long it would take and she said 30 minutes. 15 minutes I get a call from her assistant who said Renee couldn't make it because she had an apt. I told her I was the apt. She put me on her (presumably to talk to Renee). She apologized and said Renee cant make it but she would be in Kingwood tomorrow and would that be OK? I told her that she missed the first apt and then lied to me about coming out now so how will I ever trust her to do the move appropriately. I said goodbye and hung up.

Dear Member: It is never our intent to slight a potential customer or to make them feel that they are not our top priority. Unfortunately, to err is human. I have spoken at length with Renee, and she honestly has no record of scheduling an appointment with you for that date, especially since your move is not scheduled to take place until August and we are still trying to do surveys for our June moves. Renee’s memory of your conversation is that she would call you when she would next be in Kingwood to schedule a survey. When you called to say that you were waiting for her and asked her how soon she could be there, she felt badly and said she would leave then and be there in about 30 minutes. She was caught off guard by your original phone call and did not purposely lie to you but rather called you back within 15 minutes to explain that her 11:00 appointment (which she had booked three weeks ago) was on the opposite side of town from you, and there was no way she could be there if she came to see you first. She then offered to re-schedule for the next day at your convenience. Please accept my deepest apologies for the confusion. We have been Honor Roll with Angie’s List for many years now, and this is very important to us. If you would be willing to give us a second chance, I would be happy to send someone out to meet with you at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, David J. Tripp President

I talked to A Better Tripp before April 16th and received an estimate for our move on May 4th (about three weeks in advance!). I had verified multiple times that there were no additional costs. They offered to send someone (after I requested, having read other AngiesList members' reviews that someone "reviewed" what they were moving to see how long it would take, etc), but offered at an inconvenient time (I would be working). Renee Long "re-read" my response and said that there was "no reason" to send anyone out unless I was moving "a lot of granite, glass, and so forth." They called me on May 1st to ask how many "mattresses" I would be moving -- I responded with a "King" and a "Queen." They asked about any TV's. I told them about my big screen. They informed me that they would be charging me for 3 Queen Mattress Boxes and 2 Twin Mattress Boxes, as well as that I needed to pay $45 for a "TV Box" that they would build on-site, or I would have to sign a waiver... They kept bringing this up, even though I had already indicated that I would be purchasing their insurance. I called to ask why things had changed all of a sudden -- and why someone would "inform" me of these details last moment -- especially when I had booked so far in advance. Moving is stressful, and they claim to know this. I'm fine with spending more money if the customer service I get is at least good. However, I was extremely displeased with the attitude that Renee and her associate, Kim, took. It is extremely unprofessional. When I called Renee to follow up on the additional charges (why *5* boxes for mattresses?), she said, "Haha, things are so crazy around here," when she answered. I indicated that I was "p*****" that they would do all of this last minute and it made me not want to use them. She said that the reason I was being charged for 5 boxes for mattresses were for my 2 boxsprings... I have no boxsprings for my beds, so I would have only needed 2 boxes. They asked me VERY SPECIFICALLY "mattresses." Not beds. What if it had been a water bed or some other bed type that doesn't require a box spring? She told me that I "didn't have to get the boxes, but I strongly recommend it." Everything would have been more acceptable, had they been honest and upfront about "no additional costs." They did not cover anything up front about additional costs (like insurance for actual protection, rather than the $0.60/pound that they're required to; boxes; etc). I had asked for a list of charges and they wrote them out, including, "I will not send you a spreadsheet of charges." I didn't ask for one -- I just wanted to know all of the additional things you were trying to charge me for, so I could make an informed decision! Informing the customer less than 3 days before the move (May 1st -> May 4th, but she informed me in the afternoon of May 1st, and the move was in May 4th morning, so less than three days) of "additional costs," calling last minute to find out what else they had to move for these additional charges/not getting these details correctly in any case, opening with laughing about how busy they are (I'm glad business is good for you, but you do not need mine, it sounds like), and treating it like it's no big deal -- this is not the way that ANYONE should be doing business. We had email correspondence from at least before April 16th of at least 20+ messages, showing that they could have obtained all of these details long before. At the end of the day, any agreement you enter should be based on respect. Based on their level of disrespect and lack of curteosy, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were hard working and conscientious. The price was fair. My biggest gripe was they tried to leave behind everything in the kitchen and a lot of stuff in the garage, and I had to stay after them to make sure they moved all that was desired to move.

Hi Member, Hard working and conscientious, WOW, thank you so much! There must have been some confusion regarding what went in the kitchen and garage - no liquids, detergents, edible or combustibles can be moved on the truck. We try to communicate with our clients that all closets, drawers, cabinets inside and out need to be checked before the truck pulls away. We are glad that you did that and we apologize for the overlook and will strive better to communicate before we close the truck doors. Thank you for your comments and your business. As described above, every thing went like clock work. These guys worked non stop.
Description of Work: The three gentlemen arrived on time and ready to work. They packed at my home. They packed books and food storage #10 cans of food. They packed all of this non-stop for one hour, then loaded the goods and took it to a storage unit. They did all of this in two hours from start to finish. I will use them again when we move in a month and would highly recommend them.
