It went beautifully. Not only were my husband and I extremely impressed by the professionalism of this operation, but were blown away by their honesty as well. Several days after we returned from vacation two weeks after the replacement was performed, we received a check and a note in the mail saying that they sincerely apologized, but we had been slightly overcharged and the refund was enclosed. Amazing! We will refer everyone we know to these people! We not only saved $180 over Safelite's price, but were so very impressed with this company! I found them researching Angie's List. So thank you!

Excellent price! Great coupon for discount. And first rate autoglass. That is the clearest my windshield ever was. They were prompt with the windshield replacement. Not much else to say. They did the job right. They did it in exactly the time estimated. They did it at a great price. What more can you ask for.

Very friendly staff. I called, they set me up for an appointment the very next day. I arrived at the scheduled time and they immediately began working on my car. They also had a fantastic coupon that required no advance purchase. It was an easy and pleasant experience for me. Very economical.

The entire experience went well. They came over to my house and completed the job in less than an hour. It was an excellent price and also comes with lifetime warranty for leaks. Highly recommend them!

After getting quotes from Safelite and another Angie's List vendor, A&A Auto Glass was the lowest (even more so with its $100 coupon). This appointment was after Hurricane Harvey struck Houston so a lot of roads to get to the shop's side of town were closed due to high water. Max (the owner) called me several times along the way to ensure that I was making progress and suggested streets to try. I finally got there after traveling 17 miles in 2 hours. He and his technician patiently waited for me to arrive safely, and got to work on my car immediately. They did a meticulous job. Final cost was $190 ($259, plus $19 molding, less $100 coupon, and tax).

I called in the following morning at 9:30 a.m. and was told it was going to be 299.00, but since I am an Angie's list customer there is a coupon I could use to take a 100.00 off. I said great how soon could you do it, we can start as soon as you bring it, it will take about an hour and half. I dropped off the car, they walked me through what caused the damaged and how they were going to do the repair. When it was done they called me and walked me through the care procedure till the glue was fully cured and I was off. P.S. the shop is not a giant, immaculate retail shop, like shop king and they don't do mobile repairs, but the people are nice and knowledgeable, and the price and quality is great. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for auto glass work.

Emailed asking for a quote and received a prompt response - followed up with a phone call to make an appointment. A coupon was offered and the conditions were fully explained.







Arrived at the time of the appointment and service was started immediately. Job was finished quickly and care of the vehicle was explained.
