These guys are really good. I worked with Bobby, John & Jorge. Bobby and John were both just outstanding. They kept me informed of the status, gave me multiple options that would fit into my budget and were very pleasant to work with. Jorge the installer worked until 9pm the first day to ensure that the gate was secure so my pets could not get out and came back the next day to wrap up the job. I would surely do business with these guys again. It is hard to find contractors that have the customer in mind like 3rd Coast Developers. I was connected to them on Thursday, and by Thursday the following week the job was done. Thanks also to Home Advisor for connecting us. I will surely use Home Advisor again but will be surprised if my next contractor is as good as this one.

We had a wrought iron fence installed and everyone we interacted with was professional and helpful. Work was completed on time and pricing was competitive.

They arrived early & did measurements while waiting for me to get home! explained the procedures & payment options! Worked hand & hand with Johnny John & installer throughout process. 4 business days later they where at house to do install! Had to do some adjustments return 4 business day later to complete a beautiful job. Great price & service wouldn't use any other company. Had previously contacted several other companies but they never showed up when I explained that i wanted a custom entryway gate. 5 plus for 3rd Coast!!! Already referred family members!

Firstly, I would like to thank both Johnny and John for their services. Great experience overall. From the time we started discussing the community project through the little hiccups around payment from the Management company they were very professional and worked with me. The job on its own seemed straightforward however while discussing the job they provided us with alternatives options which were more efficient and less expensive. They understood the job and what we were trying to accomplish as a community which security was our top priority and implemented the gate changes efficiently and without disruption to the community. The results have been great to the point that I am reaching out to them to provide me quotes for my personal property. Would strongly recommend their services.

The work was done well, promptly, and for a fair price. They were very responsive. The workers left some cigarette butts on the driveway and forgot to take away the old gate. I sent the company a text and they were put the next day to remove the gate and clean up the butts. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work.

Prompt to work and answer texts. A sprinkler line was cracked and not discovered for a week. Within two hours of reporting it a worker came to repair it. that’s CLASS!

Technician showed up early had all the tools needed for the job and completed the job in a timely manner. He went out of his way to make sure my gate will work properly to my satisfaction. He even spray painted parts of the gate and the parts that have been installed. I can only recommend this company. Great job, and well done. Thank you!

We had some communication issues in the beginning, but when the owners/managers got involved, the communication was great and the work performed was timely and good quality.

There were initially a few problems but the owners John and Johnny personally made sure that the job was done to perfection. This young company has a strong future based on quality and service.

I first called and met Johnny Mathis to discuss what I wanted done. He gave me a bid and I checked with a few other companies for bids. Theirs was the most reasonable. They sent someone out to remove my old wooden fence and the next day the same guy came out and worked all day to finish the job. Very pleased with the way it turned out. Would highly recommend their work.
