They really do excellent custom iron work. I love my gate. Their service is quite prompt, too.

These guys are great. I hired them to install a metal fence. Their bid was competitive, communication was prompt and execution was on time. After the bid, I requested a change to the design / length of the fence and they were very fair (where most other contractors try to charge a hefty amount for any change). Follow up even after completing the job was prompt and professional. I highly recommend!

Very easy to work with and did a great job designing our driveway gate. We had a circuit issue after installation and they came back the next day to correct it. Excellent customer service and would recommend them to others!

I employed 3rd Coast Developers to install a driveway gate. My search for the â rightâ installer was long. They were not only the most responsive, but the most informative and set clear expectations from the get-go. I think what I appreciate most about them is their customer service. After the install, we had issues with the gate; sometimes it wouldnâ t open and sometimes it wouldnâ t close. John came over, took a look and determined that the motherboard was malfunctioned and replaced it. To remove any doubt, he also replaced our arm. In the end, all of the electrical components were replaced at 3rd Coastâ s expense. I highly recommend them to all. Although they are not the most affordable installer in the market, I think their focus on customer service on the back-end more than justifies the expense. I have comfort in knowing that they stand by their product and will not disappear once paid.

It has been almost a year that I used 3rd Coast Developers to install a fence and gate in my driveway. I chose aluminum to avoid corrosion over time, which is nice to not have to worry about. However, it is a much softer material than iron and in two instances a bolt had to be strengthened. In both situations the support that I got from them was outstanding. The problem was solved in 24 hours. This is a company that you can really trust as they strive to get 100% client satisfaction.

3rd coast fabricated custom entry fate to our townhouse. Worked with us through several iterations as our idea evolved. Even fabricated a prelim for us to view. Throughout was polite helpful patient. The result was fantastic. Good workmanship and the installer Jorge did a masteful job. Final price was very fair for the amount of work. Highly recommend this vendor and their craftsmanship.

We highly recommend 3rd Coast Developers. Johnny was very helpful in selecting the best fence design for our needs. The workmanship was excellent and installation was fast. Any small flaws in the fence were quickly corrected to our satisfaction. The owner John came by to inspect the finished product and even installed a small accessory that we had requested at no cost.

The installers were efficient and, thorough. The owners John & Johnny walked us through the whole project. They updated us, as necessary, if any changes were to occur. The job was done well & efficiently. The cost was fair and, competitive. We are very satisfied!

The fence was installed properly and looks good. one minor flaw was rough cement finishing and clean-up by two post. Overall I am satisfied with the work.

I have to say that my initial experience with them was kind of iffy, however in the end, I am happy to say the quality and dedication t regarding installation work with John was very solid. He and his team stayed late into the night on a weekday to ensure the work was done properly and to my satisfaction. The only thing I can recommend for improvement in future would be the sales representative/project manager interaction. John lived up to his word ans delivered quality work.
