Work quality was excellent. The material used was also of excellent quality and the price was the best I could get. John was very honest and thorough in explaining all the details of job. The job was completed in just two days and we are very much satisfied with completed project.

I hired 3rd Coast to install a aluminum fence/gate at my parents home. David was awesome to work with. I called on a Saturday morning, had a quote with example pictures by Sunday, David came to my parents home on Monday to measure, and the fence/gate was installed by Wednesday. My parents are so pleased. David and his crew would send me & my parents text messages to give us progress updates throughout the entire process. I compared 3rd Coast quote to 3 other businesses. We hired 3rd Coast Developers to install fences and driveway gate recently. A neighbor who had their wrought iron fences and driveway gate done through 3rd Coast Developers, we admired the quality and craftsmanship of the work so we gave this company a call. John who is the Director of Operations of 3rd Coast Developers came out to the house and gave us the proposal. The total price was reasonable. John had suggested Galvanized steel fences to prevent corrosion overtime due to water (sprinkler systems) we thought it was a good idea to have it installed. However, when the fences were up we have noticed the Galvanized steel fences lighter and softer so we asked John if he would switch to wrought iron and John agreed, we had to pay little extra for the materials and labor. We had also extended the driveway gate and added a logo on the gate. John went above and beyond to find the logo that we like. John has the knowledge, patience dealing with customers. We are very happy with the fences and driveway gate. John and his crews are amazing and professional.

The team did great work from answering all my questions initially to giving me a quick and fair quote. Appreciate the continued communication throughout the whole process and installing the fence was a breeze. Arrived right on time and made quick work. Very pleased with the results!
