I called this company to request lawn maintenance (mowing, weed eating, flower beds, fertilizer, weed killer, etc.). The person that answered the phone was very professional, took my information and someone named Chris called me back promptly. We set up an appointment for him to come out and go over my property and my request. Do to their busy calendar and mine, it was set for a week after my initial contact. They were very booked up on all of the upcoming Saturdays, so I took a day off from work and scheduled it for a Thursday. I received a phone call on Wednesday from Chris. He left me a voice mail stating they do not service my area. He apologized for not calling me sooner. I did not get a chance to listen to the voice mail until late that afternoon which was too late to cancel my day off or schedule with someone else. I would have understood if they didn't service the area I live in but would like to have known that before setting up an appointment with the company.

I called Peterson's and spoke with Bill Hammer. He came over the within a couple of days. He drew up the proposal and I was pleased with it. They booked my job the following week. The crew was on time. My front and back yard looked so much better when they were finished. I had friends commenting on how nice the yard looked. Just in time for the Christmas lights to be installed. I was so impressed with their work I have called them again to plant flowers for the spring/summer. I recieved the proposal and again was amazed. I can't wait to see the outcome!

The front yard was a mess of overgrown shrubs and plants. The stone edging was cracked at mortar joints and uneven due to tree roots. Chris from Peterson's came out and drew up a plan for removing the half dead shrubs and overgrown perennials that filled the area. The estimate included the names and pictures of plant material that would flourish in the beds, as well as a detailed diagram for placement. He addressed our concern for a drainage issue by adding a dry bed and extending the bed line to include it. The white stone edging was replaced with Arizona chopped stone, giving it an updated look. 4 existing shrubs were transplanted to the back yard. The crew arrived on time and were very courteous. The front yard has been transformed and updated and we couldn't be happier! The quality of the work was outstanding and professional from start to finish! I will definitely use Peterson's again!!

We contacted Peterson to provide an estimate on lawn maintenence and to inspect our sprinklers. We were told that he would get back in touch with us after 3 business days to provide us with the estimate. We never heard from him again. Completely unprofessional.

They did a great job and did not damage my sprinkler system. They stayed within the agreed price.

Crew came out when expected, made all adjustments, tune ups, diagnostics, new sensors, trimmer box sprinkler heads. Finished went over improvements. Great experience!

I contracted with Peterson beginning last fall to mow my lawn, edging, and bed maintenance. They have delivered a solid value and have met or exceeded my expectations. I stay in contact with them via email and always receive a timely response to my questions and concerns. In the winter months when there isn't much to do they have arrived per the agreement and are open to my suggestions for things to do that are not necessarily mentioned in the contract. The result is that my lawn looks better than it ever has and I am very satisfied.

We obtained the name of Peterson's company from Angie's list and called them up to get an estimate. Bill hammer came out and spent a good deal of time with us making suggestions and listening to what we wanted to do. He was very knowledgable about what plants would work and Ho things would look. They came out to do the job when they said they would even though the weather was very cold. The whole experience was very enjoyable and we employed the company to do yearly maintenance on our yard for the coming year.

Chris came out and gave us an estimate on monthly lawncare and landscaping. Sent me pictures on what we discussed. We signed up for monthly lawncare after reviewing what others included in their service. Josh came out and repaired the sprinkler system issues. Junior in the Office is friendly and always answers whatever questions I have or has someone return my calls that can help. We are very pleased with their service so far and look forward to having the landscaping done in March. My only disappointment is they do not have an easy payment system setup online. They have an online system to sign a contract but not a pay system. Writing a check every month is a hassel when you travel alot.

We started working with Bill Hammer in August to come up with a turn key plan. After carefully listening to our desired effect, Bill brought out an expert engineer on pond design and together they determined a plan. Bill presented a computerized drawing with creative ideas and solutions to our problems, along with the quote. Once we agreed to the plan the job was scheduled and is in progress now. Bill has been an excellent communicator and responds to our questions and concerns promptly. The crew is trustworthy and cleans up at the end of each day. This is the type of professionalism and service we look for. We are very pleased with the results so far.

Right from the beginning things started off better than I and my wife had ever expected. Within a day of my first email communication with Peterson's I received a callback. Appointments were made for a representative (Richard Navarette) to come out and visit our house to discuss what we wanted to do as well as to discuss other options and suggestions. Richard even went so far as to take pictures of the areas we were wanting to improve and 'photo shopped' the foliage he would be planting. Richard was very helpful and worked hand in hand with my wife in determining what he could do and stay within our budget. The communication was always open and questions were always answered in short order. Richard was a part of the project start to finish, the irrigation crew was great as were the actually landscaping crew. My wife was impressed with the fact that they ALWAYS cleaned as they worked, worked efficiently about 6 hours a day which did not interfere with her morning routine or my return from work. They explained things well and even checked and repaired old irrigation system. I feel they did more than expected and that is a great quality in a company. We would use them again and have already recommended them to others.

They were very thorough and professional. I received good information in a very timely fashion. I have decided to put the project off until next year but I will definitely keep Peterson's information.

Called very promptly. Came out and gave a very comprehensive estimate to enhance our home. Revised his proposal quickly to a limited scope of work. We would have used his services but other necessary repairs limited our budget.

I have been using Petersons for years. They do an excellent job, their employees are responsive and well trained. Where esle can you pick up the phone and actually talk to the owner if you have problems or need additional work done. Very happy!

They were on time, and did a very good job of putting down topsoil and St Augustine grass in my backyard. Would definately use them again. Price was reasonable.

.A well planned, nice looking replacement of old broken pool deck. Picked this contractor over others due to good suggestions and planning. Willing to work with owner and pool refurbishing contractor for a nice finished product.

From the beginning, Bill was very professional and upbeat. He listened well to what I wanted to accomplish, made suggestions when asked and was very accommodating about the many small changes I made over the two months we were in discussion. Never made me feel bad for making the changes and always sent an updated proposal with the changes right after. Once the final plan was in place, work was scheduled promptly and completed on time. The crew who came (2 guys) were also very professional and friendly. Listened and responded to my questions or concerns and relayed my request for staking the tree to a supervisor who came the next day to take care of it. They did careful, neat work and went the extra mile to clean up everything (even my patio which wasn't even disturbed) before they left. It looks beautiful, especially the tree and can't wait to see them fill out next season!

They were excellent. I got them off Angie’s list. I rate them high overall. The person that came was very personable and knowledgeable. We learnt a lot of things from him. He shared his knowledge. I got more than what I paid for. He has been a landscaper for a long time. He knows his job well. He was excellent. We have rocks in out landscape and it took longer for him to dig. He did not charge us extra for that. He charged us what he quoted us.

Great price and good quick work. Just wish the workers could complete filling in the back of the wall with dirt and do a thorough final cleanup.

I only use them for certain things. I think they do a good job. They have been fine. I think their jobs turn out pretty well. If I ask for something extra, they are responsive to my needs. Their prices could be pretty expensive, but I don't know what the going rate is. Their prices are probably average. Their punctuality is pretty good.

They were very good. It took them about a half a day and I spent maybe $625 on that service. They were prompt and they did a good job. The clean up was great and they hauled away everything, unlike another company that we used. The price did not seem out of line to me.

They were very professional in their response and follow up. The price was reasonable and the work done on time. We tried to hire them to do more work for us and they never responded to our second attempts to hire them for yard work. That is why I gave them a C overall.
