Excellent service. The technician was extremely professional, competent and informative. I have made two referrals to this company based on my experience.

I spoke with Jack Titus, who was very nice and enjoyed my story about my unsuccessful prior-experience with windshield replacement. He gave me an appointment for the next day (today). The appointment was for 10:00, I received a call at 9:50 indicating that the repair person was 10-15 minutes away. He showed at at 10:05. The window was replaced (it was clean, also!), our stickers was EXACTLY where they were on the prior windshield. On-time, cost great, quality great, customer services great.

I called Auto Glass Experts and decided to drive there for the work. Within 15 minutes of my arrival, the chip was repaired, and at an extremely reasonable price! A competitor closer to my house wanted about 50% more for the same repair, and they only took appointments. Choosing Auto Glass Experts was a no-brainer, as Paula (the owner) is great to work with and I like supporting small businesses. As their name implies, this is their primary business and they truly are the experts.

When I called, Steve and Don were so kind and friendly. The price they quoted was the price I paid and there were no surprise fees for coming to me. Booker was very professional and did a great job replacing my windshield in the time he estimated and all the important stickers. It looks perfect! I highly recommend this team! They're great!

I had the absolute best experience with them! From Jack who set up my appointment, to Booker who did the work, everyone was friendly and professional. Anytime we need auto glass I'll call AutoGlass Xperts; and, I'll also request Booker! His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond his job made my day! It's irritating when a rock suddenly smacks into your windshield, and it day doesn't get any better when that hairline crack begins it's rambling trek across the glass.
Accepting that the windshield would never pass the required safety inspection I started looking around for a company that could take care of the replacement.
I initially spoke with Paula for a referral of a business closer to my home. I didn't take long chatting with her for me to find out that her business serviced my area and that, if I chose, the work could be handled at my home rather than bringing it in to the shop.
We set up a scheduled appointment time for the next morning and Mitchell arrived within the 'time window' and began the windshield replacement process. Mitchell was professional, thorough, and pleasant... taking the time to answer my questions as I watched his work.
The entire process took far less time than I would have imagined... excellent work.
Should circumstances result in requiring yet another new windshield... I would not hesitate to give Paula and her crew a call.

First, I contacted the company and spoke to Paula Titus, the owner.  She was gracious, informative, friendly and set up my appointment with ease.  I spoke to her a second time to let her know that I would be paying for the work myself since my insurance deductible was too high.  Again, she was helpful and re-confirmed my appointment.  She also said that, since my appointment was on a Saturday, she would be answering the business phone remotely from home should there be any problems.
On the day of the appointment, I arrived a little early.  Right on time, technician Eddie Knight arrived and opened the facility.  He was welcoming and offered coffee.  He explained what he would be doing and that he would replace the stickers onto the new windshield as best he could.  The only one that he could not re-affix would be my NTTA toll tag and he said to call them and they would send me a new one.  Eddie went to work and had the whole job finished in less than 45 minutes.  He presented the bill which was exactly the total that Paula had quoted.  I was able to use a coupon I printed from the Angie's List website for a $25 discount.  Eddie gave me some last comments about the windshield and I was on my way.
I could not have asked for a more pleasant, easy, professional and top notch experience.  I want to thank Paula and Eddie for going above and beyond to help me.  I will certainly recommend Richardson Auto Glass to anyone needing this service. As an aside, Richardson was recommended to me by Joel Arent, my Spectacular Service Advisor at Moritz Kia.  Thanks again, Joel.

They were very friendly when I called, and I was able to get them scheduled quickly to get my windshield replaced (it was cracked but intact so not an emergency). He asked me a few questions about my car and type of windshield - easy process - and the price was well within what I expected. I was thrilled that they were able to come out to my house to do the repair as I was a little nervous driving my car on the freeways. The repairman came early within the scheduled time frame and they called to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly and efficient. He explained the care required after the new windshield was installed and I appreciated his effort to patiently scrape of my registration sticker intact from the broken window (since it was not yet expired). Very pleased with the end product, cost, and friendliness of this company!

I was referred to Richardson Auto Glass of Fort Worth by Grubbs Infiniti.  That's who Grubbs contracts with to replace windshields for their customers. I checked Angie's List and found that Richardson Auto Glass of Fort Worth had good reviews. The Fort Worth location is owned separately from the Dallas county locations.  I did a lot of research on auto glass (OEM vs. after market) and had considered using Safelite at one point.  I found through research that Safelite makes their own after market glass.

After a Safelite sales rep kept me on the phone for at least 15 minutes trying to make the "hard sell" (I assume they work on commission), I called Richardson Auto Glass.  The owner, Paula Titus, answered the phone and was very pleasant.  I told her that I had a $500 insurance deductible and that I would prefer to not have my insurance company involved.  She priced $289 + tax for a Pilikington brand (OEM equivalent) windshield and said that it would be over $1,000 for an OEM Pilkington windshield. 
Again, I did my internet research and found that the Pilkington OEM equivalent is the same glass as the OEM glass that would be provided to the Infiniti  dealership, it's just stamped differently.

The bottom line:  I went with Richardson Auto Glass, saved money over Safelite's price, and likely got a better windshield.  Two technicians came to my house (right on time) to replace the windshield, and said it could take 45 minutes.  About 25 minutes later they were knocking on the door to tell me it was finished.  They had peeled off and replaced all of the stickers onto the new windshield (registration, state inspection, tolltag, and oil change reminder).  I couldn't be more pleased with both the price and the quality of the work. It came with a lifetime warranty on workmanship and leakage.  I will definitely use them again, whether it's a glass replacement or just a rock chip repair.

Update:  6/25/15 (15 months after my windshield had been replaced), I noticed an annoying squeaking noise coming from the lower left hand corner of the windshield, when I drove over rough roads.  I didn't think it was the windshield making the noise, but I called Richardson anyway.  Paula, the owner, put me in touch with her best technician and he spent about 20 minutes riding in the car with me, helping me to isolate the cause of the noise.  It turned out to be two pieces of plastic molding scraping together on the exterior of the car, near the windshield wiper.  This molding was not touched during installation of the windshield, so the noise was unrelated.  A bit of silicone spray stopped the noise..  I could not have figured this out without Richardson's help!  They are fantastic!  As long as they are in business, they will get my business!

I called Richardson about mobile service on these two autos.  Appointment was scheduled the next day.  The tech showed exactly on time and was finished in less that two hours.  Great job.

I called Richardson Auto Glass on Tuesday, 6/19/2012 to see if I could replace my rear window, which was broken out by hail, . They said that they could be out the next day to do the job. They showed up at the appointed time and did a great job of replacing my rear window and cleaning up all the broken glass out of my car. I was very happy with their service.

Everyone with whom I worked was professional, pleasant, and informative. I had several questions about the replacement windshield, and was given a nice education on the windshield industry. I had an appointment at the shop on a Saturday morning, and the staff was there, early, to greet me.  I got a discount for bringing my car to the shop, rather than having a mobile crew come to my house or workplace. The price was competitive, and at this point, I am satisfied with the work that was done.
