I took time from work to meet the serviceman, along with my husband, at our rental home. He was an hour late. I had scheduled the first appointment of the day in Dallas so this wouldn't happen. Turns out he had another apointment ahead of us in a suburb and also ran into traffic. As far as we could tell, the check up was done correctly. He found no problems and freon was not needed. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy anything. We appreciate that he took time to educate us a bit on our equipment, the best filters to use, and the results of his findings. We were generally pleased except for his late arrival.

I set up the appointment. The tech called ahead and arrived on time. He thoroughly inspected my AC and air handler. It's been working fine since. Great job.

Wonderful service. Even though they were running late that day, they did keep me up to date on when the technician was going to be out. Turned out that the owner of the company was the one that was coming out for the work. He was very apologetic for his lateness, which I did appreciate. All in all a great job done.

This is the second time I've used DQS for this service, and once again I was very impressed with them. Each tech that has come out here has been professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I've dealt with one of the big, national HVAC companies before and had nothing but pressured salesmanship and less than adequate work. Diamond Quality Services, however, is truly deserving of their name!

I called on Monday morning because my A/C was not working when I got home on Sunday night after being out of town for 2 weeks. I left a message and then I called back late that day. I spoke with Rita and she was VERY pleasant and understanding. I know summer and 100 degree temps cause a lot of people to keep these guys busy. She asked to make sure we had a place to keep cool and we did since we have 2 units (one for upstairs and once for downstairs). I told her we could stay downstairs so she booked Scott to come out on Wednesday after I got off work. I got to the house and waited. I received a call from Scott that they were behind because a previous job took longer than expected and he asked me if it was okay for him to come by at that time or if I wanted to reschedule for the next morning or afternoon. He knew that I have young boys that go to bed early. I told him if he wanted to come by at that time, it would be fine. I was just glad they could get to me in such short notice. I had friends that chose other companies and had 5 to 7 day waits until their appointments. Scott and another guy showed. They were VERY courteous and they quickly apologized for being late. They quickly got to work and got my A/C fixed. I was impressed that they didn't try to upsale or charge me an insane amount of money. Which I knew they wouldn't for previous experiences. However, they replaced a part and one friend had the same part on their's replaced as well and mine was significantly less to have it done. I would highly recommend this company as they are VERY competitive on pricing, great service, prompt and pleasant to deal with. It is the same as at the dentist or a doctor's office, I wouldn't want my service rushed and not done properly so I wouldn't expect them to do that to someone else either. Keep that in mind when people run late, it's not because they are messing around and dragging their feet, they are ensuring you won't have to have another service call for the same thing in a few days, weeks, or months. Give them the benefit of the doubt, ESPECIALLY when they call you and let you know what is going on. And Scott is VERY good about keeping you in the loop if at all possible.EXCELLENT COMPANY AND PEOPLE WORKING THERE!!!!!!

I had them do the checkup, using a coupon from Angie's list, then had them come back to do the preventative work that needed done.

The service turned out great. The workers were very prompt and always showed up on time. They were very courteous and professional as well.

First off, Rita, the nice lady whom I made the appointment with was very sweet. I used the Angie's List "Big Deal". They were right on time. They gave our A/C a tune-up and added the coolant needed. He was very friendly and professional. Thanks for a job well done!

First off, I emailed Diamond Quality Services on June 26th and still have not heard back, Their website says "Email this provider and get a guaranteed response within 1 business day!" Today, July 2, I had to call 3 times today before someone answered the phone. Next, I told the employee that I purchased (2) of the Angie's List "Big Deals" and I would like to schedule an appointment. She asked if the A/C unit was on the ground or on the roof. I advised that they were on the roof. She said they could not service my roof top units because they did not have a ladder (in my area). She said she would call her boss and call me back. The employee called back and said that they could service my root top units now, but it would cost $50.00 PER UNIT because they have to use a ladder. I told the employee that would just get a credit for this $138.00 purchase. Sounds a little like the Bait & Switch to me...

They came out the first time and they were unprepared. They rescheduled and then they were a no call/no show. I waited for two hours, and no one called and no one came. I ended up calling another company to do the work. They were very nice and friendly when they came out, and they were on time, but they were unable to do the work.

They did a great job. They took still photos and live video of what was going on in the "attic" portion of the A/C unit to help me understand and appreciate the issues that need to be addressed with my A/C.

I am confused to find the review I thought I had previously listed has disappeared! Perhaps I failed to submit it, though I thought I had. I have worked with Diamond Quality Services on a number of occasions

This was the first time I used Diamond Quality Services and they performed excellently. Shortly after we moved into our house, we noticed black stuff coming out of our air conditioner vents. I called Scott and he came out very quickly and inspected the system. Turns out the system was not sealed properly and the previous owner had frequently used it without a filter. There was something evil growing in our air ducts everywhere. Scott took action quickly and effectively. He cleaned and sealed everything and even re-hung some of our air ducts that had not been suspended properly. His work was very thorough and we have not had any issues since.

Contrary to what their ad and their coupon says, their receptionist told me they do not service any community south of Interstate 20. So Duncanville, Desoto and Lancaster are out of luck, even though their web site says their service area includes Desoto.

It was fine. They did a good job on what they did. They were competent.

They were fine. I used them again after that for the coupon service. He told me a lot of things that needed to be done worth $5000 and I don’t think all that is necessary. The pricing for what they did was good, but not for what they said needed to be done.

Bought the coupon for an AC inspection. Super impressed the technician didn't try to upsell me. He did a fantastic job of diagnosing my equipment. I am going to use these folks to replace my ducts. A+++ so far.

Bought this service through "The Big Deal" and was not disappointed, it was money well spent. The A/C technician gave me a list of the repairs needed, let me know which ones were more important and which ones could be put off and explained why. No pressure, friendly and professional. Rita, the person who schedules the appointments from the office couldn't have been sweeter, like talking to my mother, seriously she was so nice! The most amazing part of the service was a problem the tech told me how to fix myself. Our condenser was crooked, tilted into the ground on one side. The condenser was uneven when we bought the house 5 years ago and at that time we were told it would cost $600 to level mostly because they would have to get a crane to lift the condenser. This guy said he could level it for $125, which was a nice surprise, but then told me how to easily do it myself. How often have you had any repair person tell you that?!

They are good enough for me and I will continue to use them.
