It went very well, from scheduling to the quality of work. The technician worked very quietly and efficiently, and was helpful in specifying the filters I needed to order.

This was a great experience from start to finish. We had some pre-existing problems with our a/c, and Scott could have easily done unnecessary work without our knowing any different, but he was honest and up-front with us, doing only what was necessary. We appreciate so much that type on integrity in businesses, that we will definitely be using this service again.

The service was fine. I feel like i paid for him mostly to come over and tell me what was wrong. Nothing actually got fixed.

Scheduling was easy. Arrival was on schedule. Service was professional and knowledgeable. Added 1/2 lb of freon, no extra charge. A/C decidedly better at handling 100 degree days after the service. Will definitely use this service again.

They came and performed the services (or at least to the best of my knowledge). The guy was cordial and on time. Tough to tell if the work was completed to exact standards as I simply paid for tune ups and I'm not a technician myself, but the unit have been cooling as expected this Summer. Biggest three issues were as follows: - Took three calls and messages over two weeks to get through to them to schedule an appointment and they never called me back. - This special was definitely a trojan horse for more work. A week after they completed the services, I got an estimate for "recommended repairs" totaling over $10k - In the last month, I have had to clean and/or replace compressors on two units they serviced. Not necessarily their fault but timing seems more than coincidence.

Two servicemen arrived (one an experienced technician , the other an appreentice). They introdeuced themselves and took time to thoughly check my unit. I was concerned because I have had issues right smack in the middle of summer previously but I felt this tiem the work was done correctly. I am glad I called this company.

The price was competitive with a previous quote I was given by a less reputable HVAC company that has performed routine maintenance on my system. Diamond was pretty easy to schedule with, via email and phone. The duo that did the work were prompt, courteous and efficient. Overall the service was good. I wish they had warned about the impact on air filters of the way the system was installed though...I find now that my air filter is literally buned/torn when I have to replace it!

From start to finish, a professional job executed by a professionals. Scheduling was handled with expediency and tech alerted me when he was near so that I was not stuck waiting on him all day. Would recommend to others without reservation.

Everything was done within an hour, I was really pleased with the promptness and professionalism of the technican.

The technician was on time, looks professional. In one word, everything looks right. But he didn't really tune anything, he gave me a list of things to replace and the estimate is $1200, things like changing rusted panel, wasting outside units, changing connectors that don't look right (he didn't know I had an electronic engineer degree), and releasing Freon which someone installed too much. Well, he was hired to tune my AC, how come he cannot release some Freon for me but instead of giving me a bill of $150. Not very happy with them.

great job. Came and checked AC and all was ok. Totally honest about it. (meaning that they did not have to do anything because it was working properly - and said so). They checked a noise in the AC unit upstairs and gave me ideas to fix it. Will get them back for that later.

Wanted to have the coiling coil of my 14 year old a/c unit cleaned. Was told it was too old to be cleaned, but they could install a new one. Isn't that nice. I talked with some other a/c professionals and they said that this is not true. So, I won't be calling again. ----- Follow up....I sent pictures of the OUTSIDE of the a/c unit, since I did not see an easy way to ACCESS the coiling coils. At that point, I had no idea how good or bad my coiling coils are. That topic is mute now. I had another a/c company take a look at the cooling coils in the meantime (video camera with flexible arm), and the coiling coils are in almost perfect condition.

Very good experience!!! The lady I talked to about scheduling was very friendly and they were very flexible on setting the date and time of service call. The two gentlemen that came called first with an arrival time, showed up as promised and were very professional and courteous. Highly recommended and I will use them for my a/c work.

Technician was very courteous, answered all of my questions but did not try to sell anything. Was a great experience. I kind of hoped he'd offer more solutions to a problem I was having but in the end he did give me options just not the answer I was hoping for I guess.

The technician was very thorough and found a problem with the outside unit amping higher than normal. He was concerned and stated that the compressor was not running and that the fan was constantly running without actually heating or cooling my house. We never could figure out why it was so hot and so cold in this house. He said that we needed to take care of this right away and diagnosed it as having the wrong capacitor installed. Since my house was still under a buyer's warranty, I contacted them and got the problem corrected. I also had him check my rental house and he said the outside unit was totally fine. He went up in the attic to check the heat pump and discovered mold in the bottom. I immediately hired him to come back and take care of that problem and I believe that I received a very reasonable price to take care of that problem. I would definitely recommend them for any of your air conditioning or heating needs because of the knowledge they have of your complete system and their reasonable prices. I paid $45 for the general inspection per each house and about $550 for the thorough cleaning of the heat pump at my rental property.

Called and asked if they could come early. The service was quick and affordable.

Overall, it went well. The technician (Alan) arrived on time. He verified my AC was working properly (see above). I did not have to pay anything extra. Alan took the time to explain to me what he's checking and why he's doing the check. I plan to use Diamond Services for future AC/HV needs.

The parts cost was pretty high & I wasn't too happy about that. The owner, who was the person who came out & did the work, was very nice but he left the old filters that he replaced in the attic. He called later on & asked to come back & do additional service but again the price was too high so I couldn't accept.

Scott was supposed to replace another part that was old, but the new part that he got from the supply house did not test up to his standards. He was honest and forthright about the part, but I have not heard from him since the service was performed in May. The air conditioner still works, a
