They were on time. They gave me hints on how to upkeep of the unit.

I called the company on 6/29/12 and left a message which wasn't returned. I was not able to call again until 11/6/12 and we scheduled an AC tune-up for 11/13/12. They called at 7 pm on 11/12/12 to tell me that they could not provide the service unless the temperature was at least 73 degrees outside. I asked what I needed to do and they did not have an adequate answer. I asked if I could have a refund for the coupon cost and they said they would contact Angie's List to arrange it. I hope they did. I am thankful that at least they called and did not leave me waiting for them.

The company representative was very punctual and professional. He was efficient and appeared to do a thorough inspection of the unit. The only issue I had was scheduling. There was a bit of a mix up and I was not expecting them on the day they arrived. The scheduler called and left a message on when they were coming and did not wait for a confirmation from me. I had not heard the message until it was too late to change.

Service people were on time and descirbed issuse and performed service. No up-selling issues, just very professional and would use again even without an Angies List coupon.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for a furnace tune-up and inspection for $59. Aaron called 15 minutes ahead of the appointment time and was prompt and very courteous. He gave us a bid for what it would cost to replace some worn ducts in the attic, but told us it was not a safety hazard or immediately necessary to replace them (he wasn't trying to make a sale). He even looked at our A/C unit in the back yard and gave me advice on how to clean it. The overall experience was very pleasant and easy - I will be using them again in the spring for the A/C tune-up.

Assessed as epected and reported found all to be in good condition. Did not attempt to sell additional services. I did ask about varience in temp between two rooms which were rechecked with temperature blowing to be the same. After checking ducts in the attic reported all looke OK. Recommended that a return could be added in the room in questions to pull air through. Again no attempt to sell the service but a suggestion.

The guy that came out didn't bring the right equipment and had to go get it. He than put in to much freon which I ended up not needing. Which he could of hurt the unit. The communication from the business was poor.

Other than a little trouble getting it scheduled, partly my fault. They were prompt courteous and very nice. He made sure he was very careful of my carpet and locking my ladder where it would not fall on my head when I tried to open it, when he left the attic after checking things there. I will use them again.

When he checked the unit in the attic and said it was fine, I asked if he had cleaned the filter, which one has to bring outside and wash with a hose. He said no because it looked okay. I persisted because had been 2 yrs. since last serviced. He called his boss, who told him it would be an extra $25 to clean the filter. I said, "Fine, you wait right here while I take it outside and clean it and you can put it back." Well, he cleaned it for me at no extra charge. Had never ever had a company charge extra to clean the filter - it was part of the service. Otherwise, why have anyone come out if they are not going to do it all. The cover of my outside unit needed replacing because it was riddled with holes from the April hail storm. He copied down the unit number and said he would turn it in at the office and they would take care of it, but probably wouldn't be until I had my furnace serviced and that person would determine what was needed. Duh! As though it wasn't apparent. I asked about his company's service plan. He said didn't think they did that. Would have to talk to the office about it. I paid him. He did not give me a receipt, saying they would mail it to me. I never received the receipt. It was almost a month before they deposited the check I gave him. Have never heard from them and got someone else to replace my cover and to do some duct work for me. All of which I was prepared to have them do until their service was so poor. I will never ever call them again. I think they pulled in some people to cover the rush from their offer and all he knew how to do was the Freon.

The came in a timely manner and did a good job.

Gentleman showed up at 9AM. Very punctual. Nice, knowledgeable man. Got to work and within an hour said everything looked good, EXCEPT (of course) our furnace fan was on its way out and could use replacement. I agreed to the fan replacement at a cost of $114 after being told that to come back out when fan fails would cost a trip fee of $75. Additional work was done very quickly and he even took pictures of the ducts to show us they were in good shape. Overall very good experience. Recommended.

Excellent job; they offered an hvac checkup at a discounted price. Checked everything out and found blockage in my drain line from the air handler/ condenser and corrected it at a reasonable price

I was needing a reputable company to service the a/c unit for the summer as it is now twelve years old. With the added freon, it worked very well all summer.

We had some initial problems scheduling the tech to come out. Once here, the job went smoothly.

I gave the company a call to set up an appointment. They called me back the next day and left a message saying that my zipcode was out of the area range. I was very confused as the second zipcode in the city was listed as an approved service area, which also happened to be further east from the company; basically, they would have to drive through or by my house to get to the other zipcode on the other side of the city. I called them back and left a message confirming this information and received another message stating that they did not service my zipcode and that I could receive a refund from Angie's List (we were playing phone tag due to my work schedule). I called Angie's List and received a refund without any issues. Two days later I received a voicemail from Angie's List saying that they had straightened out the confusion with the zipcodes and city area and that if I wanted to still receive the deal that I could. It was a little frustrating because all the owner had to do was look up the zipcode on Google maps and see what I was trying to explain. The company was very good at calling me back right away.

Tech arrived earlier than appt time which was no problem. He checked out the unit and added freon to the outside unit. He said there was a freon leak somewhere in the system and since the unit was so old (about 19 years old), that it really should be replaced. We have a home warranty that covers the A/C system. He said when he got back to the office, he would have the office staff send us a letter stating that since freon is no longer available and what there is available is so expensive, the unit either needs to be totally repaired or replaced. We have never heard from them since.

I really like that they didn't try to sell me a bunch of other stuff.

They did a nice job.They got the vents cleaned out. I also liked the flat fee we paid up front.

I called and they did not service my area. They apologized and informed me on how to get the refund.

My blessing started with purchasing the $69 Air Conditioner Tune Up Coupon from Quality Diamond Services. I had been looking at that coupon for a couple of days and I started to purchase it on more than one occasion, but did not. I finally took the plunge and Rita scheduled the first available appointment for me on the next Tuesday. Then, the very next day, my old air conditioner stopped cooling and the compresser was making noises I had never heard before. I called Quality Diamond Services because I had just purchased the Tune Up coupon; however, they were closed because it was the weekend. But an Angel who works there, named Rita, called me back, and after hearing my plight, she asked Scott, the owner, if he could look at my air conditioner that day. I am truely grateful to Scott for his "service beyond" of fitting me into his schedule that Saturday; and I'm thankful to Rita for asking Scott to help me. Being without an air conditioner in late July in Texas is hott! I needed a motor but the supply stores close at noon on Saturdays. Scott could have easily told me that I would have to wait until Monday morning to get my air conditioner fixed, but instead he called around until he found a motor for me. Then he drove from Arlington to the other side of Ft. Worth to pick it up, and brought it back to my house that night to install it. Amazingly, he only charged me the regular fee for replacing my motor, and his excellent "service beyond" was free! Today I was thinking about how my air conditioner failed right after I purchased the Angie's List coupon for Diamond Quality Services. As a Christian I do not believe in coincidences. Maybe my air conditioner was kept from failing until I had followed through and chose a company that would help me when I needed it, and would give me an excellent rate! I do have two units but found out the deal was only for one unit once the service man came. Was a bit disappointed in that. But it was still a good deal.
