Two technicians inspected the indoor and outdoor components of the central air system at my home. They found it to be in good working order with the exception of a leaking coil that they recommended replacing. I asked them to show me why they knew it was not working and they reran the test, which involved testing for a charge. When they reran the test, the charge appeared fine. They ended up not replacing the part. I was concerned that this may have been an attempt to provide unnecessary parts for my unit. They were helpful in offering tips on proper maintenance, including removal of a debris cover during the summer season, and use of a coil cleaner - both of which I applied with good results.

I called and scheduled our regular maintenance service visit for our heating system. I got an appointment scheduled to my satisfaction. The service technician called before arriving and was very punctual. He was very professional and even went so far as to explain to us how to clean the filter ourselves so that we did not have to pay extra for that service. Everything went very smoothly. I would use them again.

Excellent.....one unit wasn't working properly but they came back and made it work.

They did a good job cleaning the air ducts. They also cleaned the blower, fans, and coils. When they were cleaning the blower fan for the whole unit stopped working and since it was working before hand they stood behind their work and replaced the whole unit. They completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with their attitude and quality of work.

Aaron showed up earlier than the appointment time. He inspected the furnace & replace the defective capacitor. He also inspected all the ducts & checked out the air temperature coming out of it.

Easy to get appointment. (pleasant receptionist) Prompt arrival for appointment. Pleasant technician assessed situation, ordered parts & scheduled appointment for installation. Installation was perfect. Felt very comfortable with all persons from this company. Needed a re-check of duct work balancing. Pleasant response. They returned and took care of it to our satisfaction. Great experience.

They were very neat -- covered the floors with a drop cloth and covered their shoes as they came into the house from the outside. I appreciated that as well as their courteous manner and timely response to my request for service.

They were prompt to schedule and arrive. The tech was prompt and very friendly. He was helpful in answering questions.

We had an appointment scheduled but evidently there was a mixup and no one showed up at the appointment. We called back and they apologized for the mix up and scheduled the next available tech to come out. They tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out some areas of concern but we didn't feel at all that he was being pushy or trying to sell us something. they corrected the mistake of the scheduling and overall we were very pleased with the service

They were responsive and showed up on time. I would definitely hire them in the future.

All according to plan - on time, thorough and was informed exactly what would be done before and throughout the service

OK Was sent a followup message detailing prices for services implying the services were needed (several hundred dollars). When I asked detailed questions about what and why the services were needed, the answers were incomplete and indifferent with the first response. My second request was never answered.

Showed up on time and was done in less than a hour.

Overall 3 appointments. First one rescheduled by me. Next two by them. They were a no show. I got a refund. No harm done. I'm sure they were really busy. Spring and lots more money out there to be done than my little coupon would pay them. I would give them another chance. Probably soon.

They did the visit to diagnose the problem but did not want to apply the cost of that toward the repair. They were VERY rude on the phone and did not like customers who ask questions about how the repair would be done.

The guy was thorough and cared about his work. When he was telling me his report after the tune-up, in addition to the good and the bad, he pointed out the things that I could get serviced but perhaps didn't need to, or what I might need to get done a year down the road, or what to watch out for.... He told me timelines of the chances/probabilities of things going out/needing servicing, and the associated costs, and his recommendations on what he would do and when. I thought his recommendations were conservative with respect to costs, even though he could have been less conservative and perhaps generated more business for himself. That, along with the fact that he didn't pressure me at all for follow-up business, were the reasons I thought he was being honest with me.

The gentleman checked the inside system and the vents before adding the freon. He explained each process as he completed the work. He cleaned up his area before leaving,

Great but my 14 year old A/C system is on it's last leg.They got it going but most likely will need to be replaced before next season.

He came out immediately. Great job!

The technician checked the system out and mentioned that the blower motor had some dust on the blades that would need attention in the future. This is a reliable company that I've used since I joined Angie's list in 2011.

Conducted his services professionally. Cleaned up after himself, including vacuuming blown insulation that fell on the ground. Would definitely use this company again.

The technician thoroughly inspected the furnace and ducts. He didn't find any operating problems, but made recommendations on how I could improve heating efficiency.

They were fabolous. They made suggestions but didn't push me at that momemt to make those changes. I had an emergency the next night and they came right back out to help me again. They went above and beyond and I will use them again.
