.Moved into a new home. Purchased a service package on-line. The company contacted us promptly and scheduled the service. The technician arrived as scheduled, performed the service and inspection and answered all questions in a professional manner. I would use the company again

They did a good job and did everything that they advertised. They called ahead and confirmed the appointment time and date. They were there on time and the crew was very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and my wife was quite happy with the job they did. We will probably call them back in the spring.

From the our initial call to the final inspection all these people were polite, friendly, knowledgable, professional and honest. Scott provided pictures along with full explainations. They installed new A/C ducting, vents and insulation and exceeded myxpectations. The price was more than fair. Scott even threw in some extras. I like these peope and the service they provided me. I called this company because of concerns when another company had told me my 7-year-old RUUD A/C system was failing and would go out very soon. I had called the first company because I had frozen coils. They had pressured me into signing a contract for a new unit which I had canceled within a few hours. I talked to Rita at this company and explained what I had been told and that I really needed a second opinion. She said that what I had been told did not sound right and that they would come and give a free second opinion. Rita told me how to unfreeze my coils if it occurred again so I would not have to call a repairman to do that. The next day, Scott Peterson, the owner came and checked the system. He found that nothing that the first company had told me was wrong with the system was true. The coils were not leaking; the compressor did not have failing valves because it is a scroll compressor and this type of compressor does not have valves. He discovered after opening the outside unit that the first company had not put the service covers back on. I was standing watching when he opened the outside unit and I know for a fact that he did not remove them. He immediately told me that they were not there and I looked into the unit and they were not there. The first company had created a slow leak which would cause the system to fail. The reason they had told me that I needed a new system was because the coil leaks had lost the coolant and it was so low it could not be checked. They further explained that this low level of coolant had caused the damage to the compressor valves (that do not exist). Mr. Peterson from this company did check the coolant level and determined that it was one pound low. He added the one pound of coolant and installed new service covers and told me the system should last 12 to 15 years. He would not accept payment because he said that I had been through enough. This man had driven many miles from Hwy 114 to southwest Fort Worth in 105 degree weather to make sure a senior citizen lady was helped. I can never explain how much this meant. Within a few days, I became ill with West Nile and was sick for some time. Had this company not come, the failure of my A/C could have had very serious consequence with my being very ill and the extremely hot weather. I am so grateful that there are still people like Mr. Peterson and Rita. My only regret is that this company can only accept a limited number of customers because Mr. Peterson does most of the work himself and has one man training. He said that he had others work for him that did not do a good job so he is doing most of he work himself to ensure his company's reputation. I really hope that he soon has an army of trustworthy technicians because honest people are hard to find and I need an A/C company that I can trust.

I received a refund as the company was unavailable to answer telephone calls.

The HVAC Mechanic who is also the owner did the work, never tried to over charge me, did what he could to resolve my problem (which was a really difficult problem) and then left me with solutions to resolve it going forward. A+++++

Diamond Quality Services gave a thorough estimate. They were polite, attentive, professional, and prompt.

During the inspection of our system the rep suggested that our heater would run more efficiently and save energy with some work and that he would send an estimate. After two phone calls we still didn't have the estimate. So while it seemed the inspection of the system was fine, they didn't follow-up as promised. Not sure about cost, we're late in writing review since we were hoping to have the estimate.

The person they sent was on time and thorough. He looked at the leak, determined that repairing it was outside his expertise, and called the office to make sure he was giving me accurate information. The next person was also on time and thorough - so thorough that he found a simple solution instead of the estimated $2000 solution that I had been given!

The company kept changing the day and time for the service. I cancelled my appointment. I used a different vendor who kept their appointment day and time.

I'm very satisfied with their service, the tech's were smart, dependable, courteous, and instructive. No high pressure sales they just told it like it was and worked with me to find the right solution.

Bought the big deal, called the company to schedule the summer A/C check. They came out and inspected my A/C unit. They called me when winter rolled around to schedule the heat check.(it was nice that I didn't have to remember and call them) Heat check and A/C check went well.

Checked Angie's List and saw their coupon offer. The appointment was made promptly and the technician arrived on time, and performed the service. When asked to install a thermostat, he did so cheerfully, and at a reasonable price.

Setting up the appointment was easy. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified additional items that I could have done, but was not pushy at all. Wonderful experience.

After my long time A/C Heating guy blew me off , I searched Angie's list for a new provider. Rita at Diamond was amazing when I called to set up an appointment. When Aaron and Scott came that evening, they were visibly exhausted but they still had smiles on their faces and were nothing short of professional and friendly. It was determined that I needed a new circuit board, and unfortunately they had to order one. Rita kept me up to date on the progress, and Scott came to install and complete the job the next week. I have thrown away the number to my previous provider, and I will use Diamond Quality Services from now on! :) Thanks, Rita, Scott and Aaron!
