They were excellent! They were punctual, honest, and didn't try to up-sell me, but did the job at hand.

This company was the kindest and most honest I have ever worked with. I explained A-Apex Heating & Air Conditioning's report that I needed to replace *all* my duct work but that when I had looked at it, only a few patches were needed. Rita, who took my call, was so very patient and assured me that her company would be honest about what was and was not necessary. Scott came out and reported that while improvements could be made to make it more efficient, replacement was not necessary and repairs would not prove themselves cost effective. Scott took time to talk to me about what to look for in future contractors (no money up front, insured for liability and workman's compensation, etc.) and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He took photos of the issues with my A/C and went over them with me, promptly provided an estimate and will be our go to in the future. I cannot recommend this company enough.

They were wonderful. They called me back after hours to set the appointment. The serviceman was outstanding. He explained what he was doing as he did it. I asked some questions about why the master bedroom was colder than the rest of the rest of the house, and he told me that there was no insulation. He even helped me with how to brush my dog and was very friendly. He didn’t rush the job at all, and was just great!

Another great job, quick, on time, within price quote, works like a charm. Kudos.

The person who set the appointment was very nice and accommodating and gave us the information we need for beforehand. The techs were very nice and professional and gave information and tips on how to keep them clean. At one point it was hard to get them to call back.

Great experience. Service man did a full check of the unit, both outside & in the attic. While the unit is old, he wasn't giving the "doom and gloom" news about having to replace it immediately like others who looked at it previously had. He added freon and told me that I could still get a few more years out of it. He wasn't there to sell additional services that weren't necessary. This gained my trust. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I called after buying the deal and no one ever responded. I tried 3 times without success. I had to request a refund with Angie's list.

the workmen showed up. put down sheets to keep my floors clean. they clean and fixed my furnace and vents.

The technician was prompt, talked me through what he was doing, and seemed to do a overall good job.

My air conditioner was making a funny noise. I wanted to get it checked out. Called Diamond when I bought a "sale" from Angies List. Turns out all my a/c needed was service.

I felt like they didn't do enough. They did the upstairs unit but I don't think they did the downstairs unit. They were not at my home long at all.

We LOVE this company!! Always on time, through service, straight talk about what services do/don't need to be performed. I've referred them to other friends, and they've all had great experiences as well.

They are very good and I like them. They really seemed to know what they are doing. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They came on time.

Gary McAllister was our technician. He was very thourough and even took time to help trace a roof leak that he'd noticed. I asked if I could request him for any future visits and he was very humble, mentioning that he had faith in all of their technicians! We will definitely being using Diamond Quality Services again.

Everything went smooth with no issues.

They came out to service my A/C unit and tried to tell me that one of the units needed further work. I got a second opinion from another company and they denied that any further work was needed.

Was left without AC for several days even after the new unit was installed.

My exeperience went well. This was the first time I had used them.
