Appointment was set for 9:00. Shortly before then the tech called to let me know he was running a few minutes late. It really wasn't that late and was no big deal but I appreciated the phone call. Once he got here I explained what we needed. We have two units - one for upstairs, one downstairs. The one for upstairs was replaced last year so it's fairly new. I wasn't able to afford replacing two units in one year so we held off on replacing the downstairs unit. Fortunately, it got us through the last year and I've been hoping it would get us through this summer. The tech said the upstairs unit was fine and the downstairs unit was quite low on refrigerant - down to about 60%. He filled it up and said he thought that should get us through this season and based on his review of the unit felt like it might still have a couple more years in it. That was good news as I really didn't want to spend the money to replace it this year. At any rate, the whole thing went very well. Price seemed fair. The tech - Brandon - was a really nice guy. I would definitely call them and use them again.

I called Ms. Rita on Wednesday and she set up an appointment for Thursday. Brandon (hope that is spelled correctly) came out and diagnosed the system, took a look at the thermostat, unit in attic and the outdoor unit. Found that the fan was blowing but was very low on coolant. Quickly refilled it, checked temperature on several of the vents with his meter and showed me the 15 degree drop. He was extremely kind and helpful as was Rita, Diamond Quality Services is my new Heat and A/C company. Will have them back out in October to service the heater and hopefully it will be as simple of a repair. :) Thanks guys, I really appreciate it.

They were very knowledgeable and good at explaining what they were doing and why it needed these repairs. They replaced the circuit board which was the issue and we have not had any issues with it since. They were friendly and professional and we will use them again.

Arrived on time for scheduled appointment to provide estimate. E-mailed quote a few hours later, was available to answer any questions.

Spent quite a bit of time performing checks on my system to make sure all was working properly. Made several recommendations to lower my heating and A/C costs.

I called them on the afternoon of 5/13. Spoke to a lady who called herself Rita. I asked about their duct cleaning special. Earlier in the day, I had discovered their "special" which had 2 days left to run. In asking her about it, I noticed that the "special" had been changed. Before I called, I had the impression that the cleaning would cost $59 because they were deducting $100 from the cleaning cost. I was informed by "Rita" that their "special" was confusing and she had told her boss; so, apparently the "special" was changed to be more clear. Well, then I asked what would air duct cleaning typically cost for a 6 room house, with 1 or 2 vents per room? She said she didn't know. All right, I then asked if they are taking $100 off an air duct cleaning, what would be a typical cost with 6 rooms and 1 or 2 vents per room? She still didn't know. I hung up. Maybe they do good work, but it was just too much effort to get an idea of what my net cost would be with their "special."

Provider arrived as scheduled. Checked the heater and indicated it was in good shape. Visit was completed in 30-minutes.

Called before they arrived. Very efficient in cleaning all the air ducts. We also had them clean our dryer vent (much needed). Tried to use a coupon for that, but the deal and coupon would not combine. Still had them clean the dryer vent. They got the job done. Cleaned up the site before they left.

Their bid was about 1k less than other bids I received, with extremely high quality work. They were on time and efficient. I would definitely use them again for ANY AC need. Very smart and knowledgeable, and will explain to you every step of the process that they're doing.

My heaters were due for a seasonal tune-up so I used Angie's List to find one of the best rated Heating/AC companies. Diamond Quality Services customer service was great - very courteous and promptly scheduled my appointment. The technician was professional, polite, and very knowledge. A huge plus is he didn't try to up-sell me on additional work. I plan to use Diamond Quality Services for my seasonal AC tune-up.

I was very satisfied with what they did last year, so called for a tune up appointment for this year. The guy they sent out was very thorough. We have an old unit & he took a good solid look. They were good enough that I remembered their called them back!

Diamond was punctual, called when they were on the way and obviously put customer service the highest priority. Both dispatcher and service tech were unquestionably the best I've had. They not only provided great, quality service as well as advice to avoid problems in the future!

It turned out well, and they have done some other work for us.

The two workers were on time, worked quickly but thoroughly and went above and beyond what was required.

They did what they said and they found a couple of problems. They sent a guy up, he was young so he keep calling back to the office to get questions answered but they got it all working and he replaced the capacitor and found the place wherein the blower unit, I guess one of the insulating fallen pieces that fell off into the blower so actually it worked a lot better after they left.

It went very well and I am very pleased with their work.

The service was okay. It was a busy time because we were moving into our home. I don’t think the additional work was needed but everything was fine.

It went fine. However, they told me that the unit was fine and working to its capacity. This was a check up to see why it wasn't cooling properly.

They fixed the air conditioning.
