They performed an outstanding and professional job. I emailed them on a Sunday night and received a call within the hour and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I would definitely call them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They broke my ladder to get into the attic and never replaced it. They said they would replace it but they never did. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my air conditioner. They were nice at the time. The price was good for a tune up. The technician called them at my house about the ladder and they were supposed to call me but they never did. The technician was on time. Another company went up in the attic and figured it out in 10 minutes. It was something simple. It was because the duct wasn't attached properly to the furnace. They were here for an hour and couldn't figure it out.

I called Diamond and a few other HVAC specialists due to high noise from the intakes outside our bedroom. The house is only a few years old. Scott came and spent a lot of time investigating and explained in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done. The original installer had included much less intake than the tonnage of the system required, causing the noise. Further, this resulted in inconsistencies in the heat and cool in various rooms. I questioned Scott's bid for the project, and Scott was completely transparent, breaking it down into individual parts, explaining the cost of labor, as well as profit. He was very smart and not offended at all by multiple questions. Other bids were in the same range or higher. Months later, I asked him to perform the work, and his team did it promptly and professionally, even cleaning up after. He explained everything he did and answered any questions. The difference in performance, comfort and noise was amazing. Later, I noticed the upstairs system was louder and called. Scott immediately inspected, recommended substantive changes, and performed them at no additional cost. Huge improvement. Well worth the money.

We also discussed future system needs and their recommendations. I was very happy with their service.

That turned out fine. Just one technician came out and I think it took him less than an hour. My wife was here when he did the work. She also dealt with the scheduling too.

We were happy with the Big Deal and the service worked out well.

We were told our ducts needed to be cleaned. I called other companies which just gave quotes over the phone which I thought was odd as how did they know what needed to be cleaned. Diamond Quality said they do a free inspection first before doing any work. I am really glad I contacted them. They are an honest company and I recommend them and will be keeping their information for us and also refer them to friends and families!!

Scott and his team were absolutely amazing! I would recommend them to anyone. We initially called them for a quote to replace one of our systems. I asked Scott to also check our duct work to give us a quote for cleaning but he found that all of our ducts had mold. In the end Scott and his team replaced our systems as well as replaced all of our duct work. They were very professional, prompt and also made us a priority.

Always picked-up on the first ring. Very polite and wasn't mean. The wait was long so we refunded the deal. She tried and tried to fit us in, but no one ever cancelled. I would not use them, because I have someone and I will stick with them.

The technician was very courteous and explained what he was doing. He pointed out an electronic part that was performing below specification and replaced it.

Everything turned out well. They arrived on time, were very easy to contact, and completed the work quickly. In addition, they were friendly and professional, and they did a good job job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was not a good experience. He added a lot of freon and the next guy that came to check it said that he had added too much freon so he had to take some of it out. I would never use them again.

Very good, they were very prompt in making the appointment and arrived on time. Service Tech was friendly and professional, he even explained that one of my a/c units was overcharged, resulting in the poor performance I was experiencing. He was very helpful and gave good advice about a maintenance schedule to keep the units clean and serviced.

The service was fine. They got us an appointment right after we purchased the deal. They were clean in our home. We had no troubles when working with them.

There was initial confusion because I had assumed (and this was not made clear at the time of booking the call) that the $79 was for a check on both systems, and not just the one. I am not aware of industry standards, and although Rita who took my enquiry was friendly and helpful, she did not clarify this up front. I had contacted another company who had a cheaper price for a diagnostics call, and I may have gone with them had this been made clear. Brandon arrived at the scheduled time, and was professional, helpful and courteous throughout the call. Once I had resolved to proceed with the call, he climbed into the attic to check the system. Within no time, he had identified the reason that downstairs heater had not been working - the valve had been shut off by the contractor who had replaced our water heater !!! Brandon turned the valve on, completed the service call and found no system faults. He provided further helpful advice about the heating systems and answered some questions that I had about best practices. There was no extra cost so it was just $79, and I was left with a positive overall view of the call.

They're great and I really like them. I've had a little bit of services done with my heat and I may have to call them back out, but we'll see. I think they're very professional and on time. They got back to me and I just have high praise for them.

This was a wonderful experience in service. Rita, who answers the phone is so helpful and nice. Scott and his team are courteous, friendly, prompt, careful to keep our home clean and very knowledgeable about their business. We first met Scott and Alan when they came to clean our air ducts. They did a great job! At that time we asked them about what they might recommend to replace two of our old air conditioning units which had been giving us trouble for some time. My husband and I were very impressed with Scott's knowledge and expertise. We had spoken to other contractors for heat and air in the past who couldn't compare. We set the date and the job was done in two days. They replaced two old units with one larger one which had four air zones, a touch pad to regulate centrally with three additional controls for over ride in the other zones. Scott was careful to teach us how to use them and helped us set them up. They put plastic down to keep from tracking things in, took both our old units away, and cleaned up everything after the job was done. The system is running well and is just what Scott said it would be. I've had a couple questions since they left and Scott was very prompt about calling back and taking care of any concern. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They have integrity, I trust them and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. My system was noisy and the service did not go extremely well.

From the first call to this company, I was happy. Rita is amazing and she really knows the business. We scheduled an appointment, but due to illness, I had to reschedule at the last moment. Rita was nothing but helpful and cooperative while wishing me good health. The technician who arrived to perform the service was courteous, professional, and efficient. Best of all he immediately put on clean booties before entering our home. This was important to me as I am immunocompromised and I didn't even have to ask for the booties. Great respect for customers and every company should have their employees do the same. I will definitely use this company again, they were great.

They were very professional, they checked everything, I was very pleased with their service. They did not try to up sale me.

I did not get a lot of value for what I paid. I felt they tried to just sell me things. I did have someone later, that I trust, come to inspect the unit. That person told me only about half of the list needed done and quoted a third of the price. I had no problems scheduling the deal and they were on time for the appointment.

The team that came to the house was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I truly appreciate them going the extra step to give me a second opinion on the A/C repairs.
