Description of Work: We needed to have our lawn irrigation system checked for possible leaks after receiving a $375 water bill--5 times the usual amount. I called 2 firms on Oct 6 to schedule an appointment--the first one could not come until Oct 14. Austin's was the 2nd firm I called and I was delighted when Austin advised he was just completing a job close by and could be at my house within an hour. He arrived as promised and spent a good hour checking the system and found no leaks; he also checked the rain/temp sensor connected to the sprinkler controls and found it needed new batteries, which he promptly replaced and then re-tested the sensor. He recommended raising some of the sprinkler heads which are lower than the grass--we plan to have this work done in the near future.

+ -1 moreAustin answered the original call and made an appointment for the next morning. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. While working, he even gave my husband good advice and brochures on equipment to use as we plan the irrigation system for another home we are building. Austin is also very honest. After realizing he had accidentally overcharged us, he called and returned the money.
Description of Work: Austin found a buried sprinkler valve and located a severed wire to get a zone working again. Then he added an additional head for better coverage in that zone.
