A I Sprinklers

He is pretty reasonable. It's nice to have a sprinkler guy who knows your yard and knows where everything is so once they come back they know what they are doing.

That was quick and easy. They were professional on time. They were very quick. Nice gentleman. They've come to do the right things. They seem to know what they were doing. They came when they said they would. They're very polite. I would use them again if I needed to have a circumstance with it. They were pretty quick to get out.

My expereince did not turn out well. It was a rotten job. The grass kept dying after he came out, he over compensated the sprinkler heads. He was more interested in miller time than getting the job done. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I think I was quoted about $1000. The issue I had with this is that one of the parts I needed was a valve. I was quoted about $200-300 for that. My plumber came by the next day to fix something at the house and he told me I needed a valve. When I told him the quote he said it cost less than $100 at Home Depot. He ended up putting the new value on for me. I didn't like getting over charged for something so little.

They were okay. I would probably not use them in the future. They didn't check my freeze detector, they didn't check the timings. They just checked the sprinkler heads and that's it. I feel like I shouldn't have to mention to them to check what they say they're going to check.

The service was very good. They showed up the day after we purchased. We paid an additional amount, because there was repair work to be done.

The process took entirely too long (from estimation to project completion it took months!). The craftsmanship and quality of parts/labor was top notch. The provider was extremely slow in getting project started. The provider also did not do a good job of keeping up to date on the status and why there were delays.

His team of 3 did a sprinkler tune up for me, he made some adjustments. However he missed at least one of my sprinklers and I believe he reset the timer to come on at the wrong time.

Went great! My old faucet was very close to the group and difficult to use. They came out replaced it with a new one, much easier to use. Very quick and friendly!

Good job with the sprinkler. Had to pay for additional heads. Seemed fair. Two people in a regular truck... seemed a little unprofessional. Job was good though.

There was a lot of other work they had to do. I agreed to pay the additional fees because I needed the work completed. They responded to my request, cleaned up well, and left nothing behind.

They were just marginal. Some of the sprinkler heads that he messed with or supposedly replaced and took care of don't seem to work properly. We had to have some other guys here come out and take care of them. I would think that what he did was worth $275-300 but not $525, anyway that's kind of my take at it. The arrival time and everything was pretty much in line with what I expected but they sent me an email and notification when we were going to do it and all that. I didn't have a problem with that, that worked out good. The guy was reasonably personable. I just wasn't temperately pleased with the quality of work.

They quickly diagnosed the problem, dug at the flooding area and completed the repair. I will certainly use them again if I have sprinkler needs.

Replaced the automatic sprinkler control system. He was very professional, prompt, and quoted a reasonable price.

When the provider arrived I was told they could only do the irrigation service, that someone else from the company would have to call me about the landscape lighting. I should have been told this in advance. Also, the provider did not quote their rate. I had to ask. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I didn't get a call about the landscape lighting so I called back to the office primary number a few days later.. I was told someone would be at my house that afternoon. Nobody showed up. I do not recommend this company.

Replaced a couple of damaged heads.

Very professional and great to work with. He gave us several options and was fast in courteous in getting our repair done.

They did a great inspection and found only a few items to fix.

They were efficient and professional. Unfortunately, they did up-sell me some new sprinkler heads but the lawn looks great!

Checked all sprinklers and determined problem with part of system not working. Gave estimate to repair, but decided not to at this time. They were very polite and professional.

Serviceman showed up without calling to confirm so when he showed up there was nobody home. We called him again to reschedule another appt and that took some time. He did show up when he said he would and did the repair work. He did a good job and even pointed out that one of our neighbor's sprinkler's was broken.
