Description of Work: This was our first purchase of an Angie's list big deal. It was for a sprinkler system. The inspection entailed turning on the system, which we could do ourselves. We didn't realize that was all the $59.00 big deal included! They charged $159.95 to install 2 new extension risers and raise heads, and 1 hr labor. All total, they were here less than 1 hour. We will not use this company again. I guess their work was satisfactory and they did inform us before work was done. We just felt like we were "taken" by not knowing exactly what we were purchasing. We will be more thorough in our research before we purchase any other services.

Description of Work: The guy showed up at a wrong time though I made a specific requirement about my availability and requested for a specific time slot. He called me that he's on his way to my home to provide an estimate and insisted I meet with him at that time though I said I'm at work and I was not expecting them to show up at that hour. I would not recommend such unprofessional people to anybody. They induce stress into your already stressful lives to grow their business.

Description of Work: We purchased a sprinkler tune-up from this vendor. When the repairman came out, he tried to upsell and said he could not complete the tune-up unless we agreed to pay for the locater/finder fee. We ended up paying more than we expected and the sprinkler heads were not adjusted resulting in a lot of runoff on our sidewalk. To the owner's credit, he did send repairmen out two additional times, but would not adjust our bill. There was no need for the locater/finder fee and the "tune-up" was not to our satisfaction
