Description of Work: They arrived on time. The younger guy had to do the talking as the older one did not speak English. They turned on my sprinklers and found 8 places that needed replacing. I was very busy so did not check for myself. (my fault). He quoted me $8.00 apiece for the bad sprinkler heads, but failed to mention the labor charge. I had paid $69.00 for the Angie's coupon but did not read the fine print. If he had quoted me the full price, I would have had my usual yard guy replace for free. I don't think that they even went in my back yard.

Description of Work: The workmen did not fix anything, they said the control box was inoperable. I asked for refund since no work was done, but the person in their office, Isreal (?), would not give me the refund. Their contract did not say anywhere that I would be charged no matter if work was done or not.

Description of Work: They replaced broken and leaking sprinkler heads, checked out the entire sprinkler system and reprogrammed the the system to go off on the correct days and times. They were very pleasant and professional. When they were done they showed me everything they did. I'm a65 year old widow. My late husband used to take care and made repairs around the house as needed. So I really appreciated their making it effortless for me. I woul have paid much more for their services.

Description of Work: I bought the sprinkler tune up through Angie's List knowing that I had some issues that needed extra attention. Israel Jr. showed up on time, surveyed the system, fixed several sprinkler heads and one broken pipe. I was happy with the price and he did it all on the spot. It was fast and easy. So far, everything is working well. Would use this company again.
