crew did great job, they listened to all my input before the inspection which helped them to find both new and suspected issues that needed correction. price was fair and service was exceptional. I will use them again.

I called them to set up an appointment, and they said they would call me back on July 10th. It's now July 11th and I still haven't heard from them. I'm getting a refund and will go with someone else.

They did a really good job. They had a great attitude. They were very flexible in scheduling. I got a schedule very quickly, and they really did a high quality work. There was an additional $50 worth of parts for the repair services to the big deal amount that we purchased.

I called them on Friday and made an appointment for Monday between 2 and 4 PM. They were running late on the job before coming to our house, but, called several times to keep me updated on their ETA, which was about an hour and a half after the appointment window. They were very professional and personable and it was obvious they knew their business well.

Actually it went really well. On time, professional,and knew what he was doing. I just thought that after purchasing the $59 coupon that the the $70 dollars was too much. I would try another company but might use them after shopping around.

The gentleman arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my system. He cleaned the heads and made adjustments to the sprinklers to insure that they were performing correctly and covering my yard as they should. He was very polite and professional. He explained to me specifically what he had done and how to best program my unit for future watering. I was very impressed. I would also like to thank Angie's List for the various specials they offer. I have used several over the years and have been pleased with the various services I have purchased.

AI Sprinklers came out but I was a little disappointed because I don't think by paying upfront, I got anything off the bill. I ended up paying more than the big deal. If I called them without purchasing the bid deal, it would have been the same price. I didn't see anything on the invoice that showed any credit for purchasing the big deal. The work was fine. The people were fine. I didn't notice any advantage to purchasing or paying $59 prior to them coming up. We paid over a hundred dollars. It didn't appear that I got the $59 off the price. The bill was $394.79 in addition to the $59. I thought that was way overpriced. I thought they charged me for everything, quite frankly.

I bought $59.00 sprinkler tune up thru AL. They arrived on time , spent 2 minutes on my controller and said it was jumping stations. Then told me a new controller would cost $419.00 and then they could fiqure out if anything was wrong with sprinkler system. I looked on internet and, at regular sprinkler companies, a replacement controller was $99.00. So nothing was accomplished- even the stations that didn't jump didn't get tended to. I expect a mark up on parts but 4 times the cost is unreasonable. The sprinkler system was working and still is. I just don't know how to program it.

Just make sure you thoroughly read what the covered services include for the $60 "half price special". I expected to be getting a diagnostic service and trip charge for my $60, and that is exactly what I got. They did adjust some of the spray patterns, but not all. They proposed replacing a lot more heads than I ended up replacing. Their parts pricing was substantially higher than Home Depot or Lowe's, but that is because it included labor. Their total additional bill was going to be North of $400. I told them thanks, but I would take care of it myself. They offered to leave me the flags in place, which was helpful. I ended up spending about $45 on parts and about 4 hours of my time altogether. They probably would have been faster, but money was a consideration.

I purchased the BIG DEAL for sprinkler inspection and tune up. I just moved into my house at the end of last year and knew the sprinkler system had not been properly maintained. Israel came out and performed the inspection, noting that 16 heads needed to be replaced and that one leaking seal also needed to be replaced. I agreed and he performed the work. Everything is working perfectly now. Israel was running late that day, but called and kept me in the loop as to when he would arrive. Overall, I thought the service was great, the price was fair, and would definitely recommend A I Sprinklers.

It went really good. They did what they said they were going to do and it worked out fine. I thought they were pretty upfront and open.

They arrived at my home 15-20 minutes before the scheduled time (what was really good). Explained the problem I had with one of the zones in the sprinkler system. They ran thru the entire system first and then went to work on the issue. They indicated that the problem could be only the solenoid or both the solenoid/valve, but most likely both. I did not think twice and asked them to replace both. They did an excellent work, by finding the valve, digging it up, changing the parts, putting everything back, and cleaning afterwards. It was a little above of what expected to pay, but they were always upfront with the pricing (I cannot complain about that). Very professional, from the call all the way to the end. I'll call them back if I need someone to fix my sprinkler system.

A-1 came as scheduled and inspected our sprinkler system. They were prompt, courteous and gave us a detailed report. We did not use them any further but would call them if we have problems.

Awesome. On time, good work and good price. Reset timers on sprinker system. Job was done quickly. Will definitely use again as our go to sprinkler system servicer.

Emailed to make an appointment and immediately got a response for a couple of days later. It was raining the day of the appointment and the guys called to see if I still wanted them to come out. They said they would still be willing to do it, so I said sure. They inspected the entire sprinkler system. Replaced several old and worn sprinkler heads which I knew needed replacing before they came out. Gave me a quote to do some more work that I want/need. Although I have not yet done the additional work due to travel and surgery, I will do it and plan on using these guys. Very responsive and very professional.

They replaced 3 sprinklers and moved 1 sprinkler. Fixed a connection and walked through the entire system. Did a Great Job. Would you them in a heart-beat.

I thought the overall price for the work completed was more than fair.
