A I Sprinklers

The service was good. They met my expectations. They were friendly and professional.

He arrived on time. It went fine except that the service man was told twice by me and once by my husband to set the timer for Tuesday early morning. They promised me that they would. When Tuesday came I did not realize until 10:00 a.m. that the Sprinkler did not go off. We are only allowed to water on Tuesday. So I had to manually set the sprinklers to water. So I set the timer to water the yard for the next Tuesday; but unbeknownst to me, they had set the timer for Friday to go off. Luckily we were not ticketed. Also I thought the charge for the replacing of the heads were a little high.

They discovered a leaking pipe. The cost to repair the leak - $400. Approx. $200 per hour. We asked them to adjust the sprinklers so the new cedar fence would not be watered. We had to call them back to adjust the sprinklers to not water the fence.

I received a high water bill and immediately called A-1 to check my sprinkling system for leaks. They came the next morning and checked my entire yard and the timer. Israel, Jr reported that the system was okay and not the problem.

All went accordingly to plan. Vendor was very nice and punctual.

We bought the $59 deal. They arrived on time and did everything the deal said they would. During the process, the found 8 heads and 4 nozzles that needed to be replaced. It cost $120 dollars for parts and labor to get it done, but they were able to do it right then. Well worth the money as it was not something we wanted to do ourselves. They also let us know that everything they dealt with had a one year warranty, which is nice for peace of mind should anything happen.

Everything done as promised and all done in a very professional manner. Sytem working perfectly.

I wasn't very happy with them once he finally got there I guess what he did was fine. You know they were supposed to call and reach out to me with that rapid request or whatever it is and they never called and so I called them finally almost week and a half later and I tried to schedule an appointment and then he called and he said he couldn't make it so we scheduled another time and then he was like two and a half hours late and they finally showed up and did what they were supposed to do, but it took a long time to get that done. I would not use them again.

It worked out great. What I liked is that A I Sprinklers were very thorough and they did the work they said they would do and there was nothing that I disliked about what they did. I thought that they were very good and very professional.

A I Sprinklers never contacted me to schedule service for the Big Deal that I purchased. I gave them an "F" because it wasn't timely and it doesn't show that they care about the customers or the business.

I purchased a $59 Angie's List Big Deal for this service. When they came out they found some other problems so I had to pay about $300 additional over the deal, but they really did a good job. It took them less than a week after I purchased the Big Deal to come out for the service. They actually called me and we set up the appointment. What stood out was the quality of their service. They came out with a couple of workers, and I think the owner may also have come out. They assessed the issue and fixed it really quickly, within a couple of hours.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it did not turn out very well. I think the big deal was to sell additional services. They came in and hardly spent 10 minutes looking at things, and then they were trying to sell 300 Dollars worth of extra services. I personally felt that I did not get the value of the big deal which was 60 Dollars. They were messing up things as they were diagnosing them, and we just found out that they created a bigger problem, so I did more reasearch and fix it myself. I had to call him after I purchased the big deal, and then he came out in a couple of days.

I knew the system needed major overhaul, so none of the work came as a surprise. They were here a few minutes ahead of appointment time, discussed exactly what I expected them to do as we walked around my yard, went right to work and didn't slack off until it was finished. They calibrated each head for proper spray pattern and set up my control box in accordance with our local watering restrictions, and the system has worked perfectly since their repairs. I have no wet pavement or sidewalks, and the timer comes on and shuts off at the proper times. I am well pleased with their work and have no complaints whatsoever.

They were on time and did the job satisfactorily. I have not done testing yet.

It was very good. They told me all the things that were problems, I got to decide which things I could afford to fix, and then they fixed that. So I ended up spending about $60 over the big deal. It would have been twice as much if they had to do all the things they told me but I had them do the places that were most in need. I felt like they were honest in the diagnosis. For instance, they said some of the sprinklers were not hitting some of the plants because some of the bricks that were in the way and gave me a list of things they could do to fix that. I asked them couldn't I just move the bricks instead and they said that should do it or I told them I could just get the hose and spray it every other day. They were really prompt.

The service went so smoothly we couldn't believe it! We used the Angie's List coupon for a $65 inspection. They came out over lunch and stayed until evening fixing the 2 zones which weren't working. I was amazed that the price was so low for them to fix the zones and the two heads! They had to dig some holes and replace some wiring. They neatly cleaned up and actually even saved the piece of sod they pulled up so that we didn't have a big muddy hole at the end of it! The sod piece grew right back in place and you can't even tell where they did the work. I won't hesitate to call this team for any of my future sprinkler system needs!

They were good. I did have to reschedule and they did not call me back so I had to call them back. That was the only problem.

They arrived on time; tested each zone; and determined that 5 heads were not spraying properly and replaced them. The controller did not go thru the zone test very well and failed moving from one zone to another by shutting down. This was due to a faulty controller which A I had replaced. After replacement and since then about 3 months ago all is well. I would call them again should I have any issues with the system.

I bought a sprinkler tune-up as an Angie's List Big Deal for $59. After checking out the system, the repairman told me that some heads were broken and other components would need to be replaced because they were leaking. I agreed to have the work done for an additional $160 and it was completed quickly. The two members of the crew were courteous and competent in completing the work.

The provider was on time. However, rather than perform any type of a tune-up to our sprinkler system (or at least show us how to work it), we were advised that approximately $600 worth of work was needed for the system to "bring it up to code." HOWEVER, they did NOT provide us any type of written estimate as to the specific work needed. They also failed to mention anything about a freeze sensor, which is needed to bring it up to code and did not show how to work the system. A written estimate would have been helpful, as we just purchased this house and we would have presented it to our home inspection company, as it sounds like some of this should have been caught during the home inspection process, and we would have requested repairs from the seller. THEIR $59 DEAL IS A SCAM - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The men arrived when they said they would. They were courteous and friendly. They completed the work in a timely fashion.

Because of my sense of urgency, they were nice enough to come out and do the required work on the 4th of July. The guys were very professional, even though I am sure they would have preferred being home with their families. I called the next day regarding a sprinkler head that wasn't working properly and they came out to repair it that day. I didn't get additional bids because I was so comfortable with the attention to detail and information provided by the owner's son during the estimate process. The owner actually oversaw the work completed on the 4th of July. He was awesome and I will do business with this company again.

It was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and the price was fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.

They were fantastic! They were one time, very thorough, and did everything I requested. Their prices were right in line with everyone elses. They were absolutely fantastic and I would recommend them to others.

It went okay I guess. I did not think that they did a good job at setting the timer. In terms of recommendations, it made sense. I would not use them again.
