They were great. They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They figured out why it wasn’t working and when it was an easy fix, they didn’t charge me any additional money.

The initial visit, the work was done however the problem was not resolved A second visit was required to re-evaluated why there was still a problem with the system. The second repairman, Israel, Jr. was professional and personal. He repaired the unit and explained the problem. The unit has continued to function properly.

They arrived on time and went right to work. They did not have a replacement control panel with them, so they left to pick one up. They were only gone for about 25 minutes. They installed the new panel. They said the east zone was not working. They said they would have to use their tracer to find where they need to dig, dig up the defective part, and replace it. They said they did not have time to do it, so their boss would get in touch with us about scheduling another time to fix it. In the mean time they left the east zone disconnected from the control panel. As of today, 9/27/2013, I do not have any messages from them to schedule another appointment. And I have not attempted to contact them to schedule something. They did a good job. I consider their failure to follow up a minor detail.

Technician showed up late and decided that I didn't have enough pressure so he proceeded to do diagnostics. He removed a part that he said I did not need because it prevented water from backing up into the sewers and since we don't have city sewers, it was not needed. He thought this part was lowering the water pressure. That didn't fix the problem, as he saw it. So he recommended that we replace the auxiliary pump. Since he had been here for several hours by this time, I declined. When it came time to pay, he quoted me a price of $351. It seems that he charged me for the hours that he was removing the "unneeded" part. Next morning, when I got up, i had no water in the house. I turned the sprinkler system off at the water line and, in a couple of hours, we had water again. I called again. It took 3 days to get him to return my calls and when he did come out, he discovered he had programmed the sprinker to automatically sprinkler for hours to an zone that we don't have sprinkler heads on. He didn't charge me for this visit. I didn't feel comfortable with the outcome of this service so I called another sprinkler service technician and he assured me that there was no problem with my sprinkler. He also said the extra part that was removed did not slow the pressure but that the system would be fine without it. Sure glad I didn't have to purchase a new one.

They came out and it was kind of chilly that day and it was raining and they went over it really fast. All the sprinklers didn't get tuned like they should have been. They had to replace one of my valves also.

It went well! Checked heads all over front and back yard. Located silinoid control box for one station which wasn't working. Nice guy did the work!

Arrived on time. Assessed the problems. Gave me a written estimate. Got to work immediately & worked til the job was completed.

Prompt answer and scheduling very attentive professional and VERY knowledgeable inspection and repair service. We were scheduled promptly, the service professional was on time and rendered service as promised. We bought the sprinkler tune up in hopes of getting a good tune up with appropriate timer settings and potentially finding a company to do some sprinkler work that we would like to do after the installation of six new trees and a shed. The scheduling took two phone calls leaving messages for a return call to schedule the service. On the day of the appointment they ran several hours late. They did phone to advise. Although I understand that things can come up, we had specifically scheduled this appointment so that both my husband and I would be home. It is so much easier to be sure we have all the bases covered with contractors when we can both meet with them. I had a medical appointment at 12:40 and had to leave for that appointment before they finally arrived. Basically, as reported by my husband, they did none of the items included in the offer. A.I. Sprinklers, an "A Rated" service provider on Angie's List is offering a Full Sprinkler Tune-up at great savings! This service includes: * Set your timer for the most efficient watering times. * Adjust heads to spray properly. * Clean out clogged heads. * Check all valves for leaks. * Check coverage. Make sure your system is working at its best with this affordable offer! There was discussion between my husband and Trey, one of the two A I employees regarding the potential relocation of some heads and other work due to the changes we had made, however, all that was requested in regard to work to be done over and above the tune up inclusions was to provide us with a detailed estimate by zone, AFTER COMPLETING THE TUNE UP. Evidently, the team took that to mean that they didn't need to actually DO anything during the tune up. No heads were adjusted. Each time my husband asked if they were going to adjust something that Trey said needed adjustment, the response was that they would do it when they came back. No clogged heads were cleaned - perhaps none were clogged, but either way I am confident they would not have been cleaned. No valves were checked for leaks - the lids were never even removed during the tune up. And the most frustrating item is the timer. No changes were made to the timer settings. Trey ran through the zones and rambled off all the items that 'needed' to be done with regard to the new heads, not writing anything down. Once again when my husband asked them to set the timer, the response was, "When we come back." When they arrived the system was turned completely off. We always leave it off since it is not correctly programmed. One zone fills our pool and we turn it on as needed. It was last set for sixteen minutes after we had been away and the water was quite low. The team did not turn the system off - as they had found it - which resulted in over filling the pool and wasting a tremendous amount of water. Even before learning that the system had been left on the next day when the pool overflowed, I was unimaginably frustrated to come home and find that no tune up work had been done. My husband is a bit more easy going than I am and although he did not insist or demand that they do the work which was already paid for, he did request that they do it. Several times. That should have been enough for them to do the work included in the deal - The expectation set forth by my husband at the beginning of the appointment was that they would perform the tune up with the current configuration and provide a detailed estimate by zone, for modifications. The estimate that was left is anything but detailed. The bottom line price is a whopping $800. No breakdown for parts, labor or tax. Only three lines are under the description: 1 valve - new zone (Since when do we need a new zone???) lines to 2 new zones (What the heck does that mean? And now we need 2 new zones???) 7 bubbler conversions (In theory for our new palm trees, but there are only 6 and of course I can only guess at the price) 20 4" pop-ups (Really? Where? Why? Why would we all of a sudden need 4" pop-ups all over the place?) raise adjust and put correct size nozzles on all heads (Again, really??? We all of a sudden need all new heads???) Gee, if our system was in such bad shape, one would think they would have been absolutely sure to turn it off!!!

A I Sprinker's were terrific! Top notch employees sent to my house for sprinkler check up. Outlined problematic sprinklers and their respective zones, then followed with pricing options to fix. I gave the go ahead to repair and all the sprinkler heads work perfect now! A I Sprinkler's is the only company I will use going forward. Highly recommend.

The guy who first came out told I needed a bunch of more work. It’s not like they really fixed anything nor do anything. It sounded more like it as just a setup to get more business. It was just going to be a tune up and they couldn’t just do a tune up because they needed a bunch of more work. When they left, I was no better off when they came. They didn’t do anything for me. They just looked at my sprinklers.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went really well. They were friendly and thorough. I had a little extra work done, which I expected and they were reasonable about the price. I thought it would be very expensive for them to re-pipe, but to move a head over a few feet was no big deal for them. They showed up on time and came exactly when they said they would. I was very pleased with what they did and had no complaints. They even educated me.

Everything went okay. We ended up having a larger problem. He left us an estimate for what he would charge to fix that problem.

I purchased the full sprinkler tune-up special on-line. I was contacted a couple of days afterwards and we set up an appointment for them to come out. Once the inspection was completed I was given an estimate of what need to be completed to make my sprinkler system operate more efficiently, which included replacing sprinkler heads. They did point out in my flower beds that I had to many sprinkler heads covering a small area and recommended I cap some of them off. They were able to put in a central sprinkler head that would do the same work, but with less water.

A I Sprinklers okay. They were good but I had a long wait. I think they didn't check everything because I had to call them. I didn't like the price, it was very high.

I purchased the Big Deal and they came out and did a full inspection. They were able to make repairs and give us a quote for some future work we will need to get done to get the system fully functional.

Service tech showed up promptly and completed the repairs quickly. Before leaving, he reset the timer and cleaned up around the sprinkler heads that were repaired. We had one water spout that was not working. He located a hidden shut-off valve that had been covered over in the flower bed that had been turned off, causing the issue with the water spout.

It went very well. My system required several head replacements etc. They were quick, courteous, did a great job and the price was great.

Did a great job with the tune-up that I didn't even know if my sprinklers came on when he programmed them because the sidewalk and driveway were not wet as they usually were before Israel adjusted the heads. I did ask him to fix/improve a few items. Not knowing the going rate for the work and with limited time to shop around, I'm not sure if his prices are reasonable or not. His quality of work is good. He was late in arriving, then had to leave to buy parts, which extended his time further.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they never showed up. I tried contacting them, but they didn't respond at all.

Kevin and two others arrived within the 2-hour time frame given us on one of the days we gave as available. I walked the property with Kevin to discuss coverage issues that we had noticed. They adjusted a few sprinkler heads, changed the timing, then recommended moving one head to better cover one part of the yard and also cutting and capping an unused head that was tall and unsightly. The estimated cost for the additional work was $35-$40 but ended up at $30. They worked promptly and professionally. We would definitely use them again.

My husband was the one that was home, he was very pleased with everything. They were there on time and did a really good job. We're gonna use them again in the future, we want to have some rerouting done to our patio.
