The workers came in and did the removal of old bathroom fixtures and replaced per my specifications. The work site was kept clean and they protected the areas where the were bringing materials in and out. Very friendly, hardworking people who did the job very well.

Each of the trades did a great job.

Started out as just the bathroom, before I knew it we were doing siding and an entire bathroom remodel. I was not disappointed! Great job inside and out! These guys know their stuff. The bathroom and walk in closet closet came out beautiful! The tile work is outstanding, the new wall and 2 pocket doors and the shelves in the closet is very well done. They removed and replaced all the siding on the entire house and painted. I don't know if this house has ever looked this good. Great job Ben, Ismael, Angel and crew at A Better Home Service! I would absolutely recommend them for any project!

just now-Edit I made a request through Angie's List, and Ben called me right away. He sent a represenative over to me that same day. After stating what we wanted, a remodeled bathroom with a new walk in shower, counter top, and replaced floor, we recieved a proposal that same day. We agreed to have the work done. They started on the job the next day. As the work commenced and continued, I scrutinized the work in great detail throughtout the project. I found out that his workers were very skilled, and they took the necessary time to do the job well. Also, I found the workers to be personable to my wife and I. I did have some problems with communication about various things about the project. What was needed was a detailed contract stating all that was to be done in order to avoid these kind of issues. They told me that they were in the process of getting some software in order to solve that type of problem in the near future. So, to continue, I will say that in the end all of any questions I had and all issues were totally addressed and remedied by the end of the contract. I have now exactly what I wanted, which is a very nice and beautiful bathroom constructed in quality.

Multiple professional crews complete the job; electrician, plumber, tile master, mirror installer, etc. All very courteous and friendly! Our walk-in shower looks great!

Ben and his crew were great to work with. They started the job the day after the bid was accepted and finished very quickly without delays. They were professional, on time and very knowledgeable about their work. Bathroom remodel exceeded our expectations. Will definitely call them again for our next projects.

Hired them to do bathroom renovation. Did a great job. Showed up on time, finished on schedule. Worked late a couple nights to get it done. Ben did great job keeping me informed throughout the process I plan on hiring them again.

Great team, very professional an courteous. Ben is hands-on and helped us navigate through the renovation plus additional unexpected issues typical of older homes. Would highly recommend them for any remodeling projects.

Very professional. Crews showed on time every day and they completed the work in 10 working days, as promised. Our bathroom recieved a quality job to our satisfaction. One nice things was, unlike others, their payment milestones were not front- loaded. Last payment was made when the job was ymmvcompleted. When we added to the scope during the work, they accommodated us and worked with us on additional costs. We are delighted with the end results!

Ben was an excellent communicator, always gave appropriate window of when his team would arrive. The same crew showed up everyday to complete the project and they were all friendly, courteous, and clean!

Although my bathroom renovation was just a shower and the vanity itself, I feel that my small project was given the same care that a major renovation would have been given. My kids love the shower, and I love the updated look of the hall bathroom.

Good company

overall the bathroom is great. Unfortunately several problems arose with workmanship during the remodel but all were addressed to our satisfaction. Only real complaint is never knowing when the crew was going to show up or how long they were going to stay. For the most part, everyone on the crews were professional and worked hard to make everything the way we wanted it.

Everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions. I am very pleased with all the work on our new bathroom and waik-in closet. Angel and Ismail did a great job and so did Olga, Fernando,Carlos, Alfredo and Guillermo. The last item installed was our new shower door by Fernando and Arturo. I hope I didn't forget anyone in this talented crew. Great job everyone!

I have inoperable cancer and am having to sell my house they were supposed to replace any rotted wood and any damaged siding and paint.They did not replace the wood on the front of my house and the paint around the front door is rolled up in places there is still red paint that was missed around the front door and they have not come back to fix it so I have to hire someone else to fix it. Run from this company you will have to haul away anything they replace and their drink bottles. They do not clean up after themselves.. UPDATE- THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THE ISSUES.

I contacted several companies. Then later that day a slow leak burst behind the tub and was leaking a lot, so I needed to get this remodel done ASAP. I called Ben back, and he came out the next morning to look it over. By that afternoon they had the tub out and the plumbing fixed so I could turn the water back on. It was an emergency and they came through. They stayed with it, and their guys were here constantly for the next 3 days to get the shower done. Great, hand-laid tile work. I saw what they did, all done right. Very good craftsmanship, a job done right.
