Bathroom Remodel
My mother has had the same bathroom falling apart for 20 years. It is now my shower and was in desperate need of attention. Ben and his crew were awesome! They were helpful and considerate of my home and our cats. Biggie!! The before and after are a dream. The price was amazing considering the times weâ re in! I am so happy we pulled the trigger and hired Ben. We looked for a long time and no one fit for her. She is 79 so dealing with elderly can be difficult but Ben was great. They were laughing and got along famously. As far as the workmanship it was very professional and I cannot be happier. Please give them a chance. We all have our moments and remodeling is a big job you need someone who has knowledge. We had a leak they stopped showed us the issue told us what it would be to fix and it was done by the time I got home from the store. Quick fast excellent work. Thank you thank you. We love our new bathroom and will be hiring again for the carpet removal.

His subcontractors did good job upgrading my shower. Ben returns my phone calls in a timely manner. He also offered me a life time warranty.

Sunroom or Patio Enclosure Building Service
Ben tries to keep padding the bill by adding more and more things to the project. I thought the workmanship was O.K until this rain we just had. The gutter they put on addition leaks like crazy , the door they built will not shut right. The screen they put in two weeks ago is already sagging. They charged us a fortune and the job is not very good. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!

I hired Bonito and his crew, I was very happy with the quality of the work and they were friendly and courteous. However I was charged for things that I did not approve. I tried to talk to Benito about it and he never got back to me. I also noticed that I overpaid Benito by mistake and he never got back to me about that either. I am so dissapointed. In the end this was resolved.

Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
He started by saying he would not ask for a down payment. Before he left my house he asked for a down payment. I gave it to him. He said he will have a Jessica an interior decorator call me to discuss what I need done. Never heard from this Jessica. I was supposedly have a handicap bathroom. All I got was a handicap door. Never got my Mirror for guest bathroom. Never got my seat in my guest shower. Hand rails are way too big and bulky for my guest shower. And placed incorrectly Towel rails are right above the toilet. Those need to be re placed with smaller rails. Never came back to finish unpainted door in master bathroom, and fuse box. Needs to come finish caulking around the tile and base trim. Left a mess with paint on my carpet and patio. Does not return my calls/text.

Work performed: total floor replacement, total plumbing upgrade, upgrade electrical panels, paint total interior. On a 10 scale = 4 1. The new subfloor buckled in multiple places and they refused to fix it. 2. The new sewer line does not drain properly- not enough slope. Holds water. 3. They did not get the City of Dallas required permit for electrical work until I insisted after the work was completed. They refused to get the required plumbing permit and did not fix sewer line.

Ben and Jessica are great! They were very informative and laid everything out on what to expect. A very smooth bathroom upgrade. I canâ t speak highly enough about the installers. We fulfilled our obligations to her. After agreeing to install her countertops she terminated us without final payment. We regret that we could not complete her project. All the workers did a fantastic job. Cleaned up at the end of each day and just made the disruption for construction feel minor considering my whole kitchen was un-usable for a couple of weeks.

Three words: honesty, quality, service. Ben and his crew were nothing short of amazing. From quote to start time was a matter of days. When (as we suspected) we found there was more to the patio remodel than first thought--there were rotten beams and termites to deal with--Ben came up with a proposal that maximized use of the space, remediated the issues, and kept costs in line. The crew was fast, did quality work, and cleaned up every day. We were out of town for a significant part of the work and Ben kept us up to date with pictures of the progress. I am amazed at how fast they worked. Also, if Ben saw something that could be improved--he did it. No nickel and diming, he just made sure every detail was perfect. Anything I pointed out, the crew was there to adjust. Ben is our contractor for life!

This company takes advantage of senior citizens. On meeting the contractor Ben I explained I wanted to widen my my bathroom doors for wheel chair access. I also told him I wanted to wait 1 month prior to committing. He called me one month latter and wanted to meet. I explained I was tried but he kept insisting so I allowed him to come over. He immediately went into a hard sale pitch on prices going up and if I waited any longer he would not be able to match the price inflation is going wild etc. I told him what I wanted to include window shutters, quartz counter tops remove paneling in living room, remove carpets replace with tile and more thing.. the original contract did not list the paneling removal. Ben claims if it not on paper he did not agree to it. I had to pay extra, my quartz came in two pieces I refused it he told me to accept it and he would change the back splash. Would not provide a different counter top of one slab. Ben insisted he was in charge not me, my new cook top does not work, paint all over front door, vent missing from bathroom, living room lightâ s will no turn on from front door. Do not hire this company

When you read reviews on these guys you canâ t trust what is said on the reviews all the time, but they are definitely top notch at what they do. I could write a book about how disappointed I am with my experience with Ben. After almost a year of broken promises to finish the work on my house, I have decided it will probably never be completed. I am still waiting for the backsplash on my bathroom vanity to be installed and the cracks in my bricks to be filled in. The vinyl plank flooring was installed by his paint crew (who had to be assisted by my husband because they had never done it before) and the transition pieces have come loose. The repair work on my ceilings is already cracking again. Ben has stopped responding to my texts and emails.
