I was disappointed with the initial appearance of the job because the worker did not do what Ben and I had discussed and did not speak English. Aesthetically it was unacceptable. However, to Ben's credit, he responded immediately to my complaint and made arrangements to come correct the problem himself ASAP. The result is much better. I am impressed with his professionalism and focused effort to satisfy every customer. He stresses customer service and was willing to go the extra mile to address my concerns. His great attitude is what will prompt me to use his company again.

Ben was always available. I first spoke with him several seconds after I processed a Service Magic request. He set up an appointment for the very next day and he was always available if I had questions or to discuss options. Even if he was on someone's roof.

After scheduling a meeting, the owner of the company came by to discuss my needs. Along with the original request several other items were added. My fence was repaired as requested and a new part of fence was built. The crew pulled up old carpet in my living room and bathroom sink area. All trash (including items I had previously) was removed to the curb for pick up. The job was originally scheduled to take 3 days, but the large crew was able to finish in one day. As I said, we discussed other services to be performed and one will be done this week, also. My carport needs repair and the crew will be doing that then. I was very satisfied with my service from A Better Home Services and have several other projects lined up for the future.

Ben Sanchez and his crew did an excellent job rebuilding my balcony. They used high quality materials. They completed the entire job in about 6 or 7 hours and they hauled off all the old rotten lumber and left the worksite very clean. I received a bid from another contractor that was a lot lower, but then again I believe you get what you pay for. I think Ben was being very upfront and did a thorough job of inspecting the old balcony in order to give me a more accurate cost estimate. My neighbors were so impressed with Ben's work crew, they may be hiring him soon.

Ben provided a very thorough explanation of what should be considered in my decision. This was extremely beneficial in going forward with the repairs.

Ben and his team are very professional and competitive and did an excellent job on building a new gate for my back fence. After seeing the neat work they did on my gate I hired them to remove wallpaper and paint two bathrooms. The crew worked fast and their work was very neat. I couldn't be happier with the results and I will use them again for other home improvement projects as well as recommend them to my friends and family.

The guys from A Better Home Service did a great job for us. From arriving on time to keeping the house clean the little things were covered. As for the actual repair - it looks perfect. I definitely have them back again.

Ben called and immediately scheduled a time to come out. He also called on his way and after we agreed to the bid, his workers called to let me know they were on their way as well.
