Ben was ON TIME, polite and knowledgable. He called to notify me when he would arrive both for the initial appointment and the subsequent appointment. The job was unusual and he really gave it some thought on how to best address the problem. He came up with a PERFECT solution which took some ingenuity on his part (trimming/sealing/insulating the outside frame of a 9 foot sliding glass door that was previously installed unlevel/unsquare by another contractor). I can't believe how great the outside trim of my sliding door now looks and I know it is sealed tight for energy efficiency. Ben is a REAL PROFESSIONAL and cares about the quality of his work. I will use him for all my carpentry jobs.

It was absolutely the worst experience of our life. I would rate him a negative 5. He demanded money and left leaving a long list of things to complete and refused to finish. If you want literal information I will be happy to share it with you. Haven't even been able to respond to this survey any sooner because of the stress he caused. He is absolutely charming UNTIL he has your signature and money. BEWARE. Our insurance company recommended we take him to court, but, he took our money and now we are having to pay back a loan.
