The contractor and workers were all very nice, but the quality of some of the work was not satisfactory. I had to insist that many things (caulking, painting, refinishing cabinets, etc.) be done over. They did not have good finishing techniques. The tile man and the mirror man did excellent jobs. I paid for a new faucet for my sink, but it was never delivered. I have called to request it, but so far nothing has been delivered.

Fantastic, rapid response. Completed the work on time and as expected. Repaired, replaced, painted exterior trim. Used superior paint that matched our house perfectly. Very professional job, looks great. They work hard to gain your repeat business. I'll definately use Better Home Services again.

I am originally from Waseca, MN and even though I have lived in TX for 10 years, I really didn�t �know� anyone that I could TRUST in a kitchen remodel until I found Ben Sanchez through A Better Home Services. I took that chance and it was the best decision /gift I could give to our home. He is very knowledgeable but so was his team of guys. On the first day when they walked into my home, Ben had me meet every single person including the 2nd in command under him. At no time did I ever hear vulgar words or have a sense of an unsafe environment. His team tended to the job on hand without 2nd guessing themselves. They knew what they were doing. I could sit back and absolutely ignore them as they were working their �magic.� Ben�s team includes eletricians, plumbers, granite guys, sheet rockers, etc. His 2nd in Command ALWAYS knew what was needed next and he stays calm. Another point I would like to address is that I knew what the cost was going be before the work started. I sincerely, highly recommend to all you ladies out there that need that little reassurance of �trusting someone�, that this TEAM of GUYS will handle your remodeling needs. Trust me when I say �hire� these guys. In closing my kitchen is so beautiful, and I am kicking myself on �why� did I wait so long!

Ben does a great job in explaining what needs to be done right. On finding any additional repairs, you may not think it needs to be done but he gives you the opportunity to make the decision if it should be completed or not. He was on time and keep in contact throughout the process. The project was completed in the timeframe discussed. I would use him again on future projects.

These guys know what they are doing! They did everything I asked and more, and when I found something else I needed to be done, they gladly fixed the uglies in my house. I would recommend them to everyone who needs anything done to a home.

Ben was very proffesional in explaining the work to be done. The work was done and completed in a timely manner. I will use their services for other jobs I need done. Some roofing repairs which were need was added to the project.

Be ready to pay 50% up front and additional tax expenses at the beginng of the job. Do not make the final payment without first checking all electrical circuits.

Easy, Fast, Great Results!!!! Let me sum it up like this, the owner called and asked when they could stop by and take a look (how's that for service). After he arrived and about 15mins later, he knew exactly what needed to be done, he gave me several options to choose from, then the crew arrived and got the job done. They covered everything in plastic and cleaned everything up!!! This has been the most professional service company I have ever worked with!!!! Will do business with again !!
