Ben and his team are AMAZING! The project had been started by another contractor who disappeared after only replacing the vanities. Ben and his team showed up promptly on the first day as scheduled and worked well into the evening on the demolition. The project stayed on pace and his team were prompt arriving, cleaned up after themselves and were always courteous and informative of the day's tasks. We replaced the tub, shower, toilet, linen closet, exhaust ventilation, tiled the entire shower, floor, walls and backsplash. They installed the new plumbing fixtures, electrical circuits and added new insulation to the attic where it was discovered missing. Fernando was exceptional at the tile work. We are extremely pleased with the project and will certainly use A Better Home Services again for future renovations and repairs. The project was not inexpensive, but Ben was clear on the cost of the project up front and made me aware of the potential costs not included in the initial proposal. When the old bathroom was demolished, several areas had been wet so replacement of some insulation became necessary. Old tile had been cemented directly on top of the floor boards so underlayment had to be replaced and hardy-backer installed. Electrical circuits needed to be added for the heated and jetted bathtub and new exhaust fans. The electrical panel was full and 24 years old so we made the decision to replace it rather than just adding a subpanel. This was appropriate because any future renovations requiring new electrical services would have been impossible without adding another subpanel. I would enthusiastically recommend Ben Sanchez and A Better Home Services. We will undoubtedly be calling them again!

Best Home Services came prepared to get my work done and made themselves available for the additional work that was required to eliminate all the water damaged area.

They were very professional and courteous. They did the job right and explained what they were doing. I will recommend them for siding repair. Only reason I did not give them 5 star is that they missed the initial schedule date to start work.

It took longer than expected to get started on the work but the carpenter had a family emergency.

From the GC to the crews all were professional and friendly. The workmanship was excellent. The crews would tell me when they were done and asked me to inspect their work. Also the crews cleaned up after themselves. The GC takes these jobs seriously and gets things rolling extremely fast!

This contractor quote was more expensive then others. However he was more thorough in his original walkthrough. We had a good feeling with him from the start. His crew was professional and efficient. They did Great job.

Ben and his crew have restored my faith in the service industry! I previously had very disappointing encounters with 3 other contractors who never gave estimates and never returned calls or texts which is extremely unprofessional. The experience with A Better Home Service was completely the opposite. My service request was answered promptly. Ben was available to look at the work at my convenience and he provided an estimate on the spot���..no waiting. He also discussed options with me and took the time to explain the reasoning behind his suggestions. His honest, no pressure approach was very refreshing and greatly appreciated. The crew was at my house the next day and replaced all of my damaged siding, caulked and painted the areas on my soffits, fascia, bay window and chimney. No words for how happy I am to finally have this done and my house looking beautiful!! I just recently moved into my house so I have a long list of things that I would like changed/updated. I will be calling A Better Home Services for each project. Thank you Ben and crew!

The work was not done well. I had to have them redo the tiling of the shower twice. First, because they forgot to allow for a soap dish/box and second for using the wrong tile. We had to fight with them to get a different shower door, because their glass guy did not measure correctly. I (Griggs) ended up doing the measurements for them. Customer service was nonexistent. They worked a few hours a day four days a week. Ben (the boss man) spent more time on vacations then his people did working. Calls were not returned and Ben did not come to see the work unless it was time to collect more money and after the second contractor I hired (not through HomeAdviser) finished the job correctly. They hit and destroyed our mailbox when leaving for the last time. It took three weeks to get Ben to tell me his insurance company name. He refused to give me his policy number.

All work was performed expediently, neatly, and politely. The finished product looks good and takes care of the problems. It would have been nice to have workers who spoke and understood more English.

I had a new bathtub and tile installed in both bathrooms . Everything from start to finish was completed efficiently and professionally . They made a great effort to protect my floors and furniture in other rooms and went over and above my expectations , not cutting any corners! The workmanship is impeccable and it looks beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased!

Along with the bathroom sink and vanity top I had a toilet installed. Installer missed a couple appointments maybe because I was a small job. But I am happy with the end result.

Incomplete job issues never resolved. Contractor not returning calls. Unnecessary repairs done leaving initial problem. Contractor agreed to come back but never did. Not happy paid more then enough money to complete project but contractor left me having to repay someone else to come in and finish his job. Very very unhappy....

Owner Ben was very professional. His workers arrived promptly and finished the job quicker than I expected and with good quality.

In the end the work looks nice. My problem was with details. The painted walls have bubbled. May have thinned the paint (?). There were times I expected them and they didn't show. They left materials on my property I had to call several times to have removed. Nice guys... Just lacking in the fine details.

I would definitely hire these guys again; very professional and courteous. Very nice work.

Great team that worked hard and fast to get the job done right the first time. Will be using them in the near future for even more work.

These guys are very professional and they remodeled the bathroom in 5 days! A little pricey though.
