Works with the customer in an excellent manner. I recommend that if you want some repairs done they are good people to have it done.

The crew was professional and respectful. They were very clean and tidied up at the end. Ben and son Noah did a great job of making recommendations and following up with us. We will be hiring them to do our other 2 bathrooms!

We had an issue with the back door being replaced. Even though they knew there was a security system, they neglected to remove the sensor from the door to place on the new door and then the trim people covered up the alarm contacts. When I pointed it out to the manager, he came and removed the trim promptly and reimbursed me for the replaced sensor and labor from the security company. They came out later and re-trimmed the door.

We hired A Better Home because their estimate was less than 2 others we received. And we are so glad we did. Ben (the owner) made sure that we were not just satisfied, but thrilled with our master bathroom renovation. In fact, we plan to contact him soon to see about more updates and upgrades to our 40-year old home. We recommend A Better Home to anyone needing repairs or renovations to their homes.

An ugly experience.

We did a master bathroom remodel and it turned out great. Ben is also very talented at design.

Workmanship was excellent, Arturo and Fernando are outstanding! Our bathroom remodel began on 2/20 and completed on 3/2. We were kept informed on all steps of the job by Noah. A word for the faint of heart, even if you think you know about how much it costs for a remodel, be prepared for some sticker shock. That said, we feel the job was worth every penny. We have future jobs we will entrust to A Better Home Services.

As soon as I met Ben he felt like a friend and someone I could trust. He is honest, hard working and driven by providing excellent customer service. He also has a great team that were professional and patient. I am a very particular and picky customer. Ben was always there to answer my questions and address my concerns. The day he came to collect his final payment I asked him to do several other tasks. Finally, when his children called him he always took their calls. To me that speaks volumes about his character!

Very nice work

Ben came over and was able to ease my mind on some water damage in my bathroom I thought was much worse than it was. Instead of urging me to make major repairs he honestly told me all I needed to do was replace the bottom of my cabinet. I appreciated that and when his men came they were fast, efficient and polite. I would now hire them for any other of the big jobs that do come up.
