From start to finish, Pinnacle Foundation Repair provided outstanding service. Robby, the owner, took the time to thoroughly explain and answer questions pertaining to the whole process including financing options. He even took the time to provide a list of projects they've completed for reference. When it came to work day, his team arrived on time and were very professional. They were thorough and made sure to leave our home in the best condition. We definitely recommend this company.

My home was inspected by a potential buyers inspector. He stated that there was foundation issues. I did not agree with the findings , so made an appointment with Pinnacle to see if this was correct. James did a through inspection and stated that my home was within the limits for a pier and beam foundation. He was very professional and treated me with respect.I would recommend this company for any further needs for my home.

As a homeowner, I wasn't prepared for how scary major home repairs can seem. I was quite nervous about the repair process. The team at Pinnacle, including the CEO, went above and beyond to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the whole process. They answered endless questions and they truly wanted me to know that my home was in good hands with them. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was happy to learn by chatting with the crew foreman who oversaw the work at my home, that the CEO of Pinnacle is a third generation tradesman, preceded by his father and his grandfather in the foundation repair industry. His years of wisdom and experience are evident in his work. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for quality and service in their foundation repair process.

It went surprisingly well. Level readings were taken, and then I was advised to have the foundation company that had previously done work on my house honor their warranty.

Pinnacle was working on my neighbors foundation so I asked if they could give me a free estimate on the repair cost for my house. It's a neighborhood problem. Anyway, that's how I was introduced to Pinnacle and their owner Robby Brown and crew repair. I appreciated the communication and information provided. The crew was very professional and completed the job by 4:00pm same day. I didn't realize there was so much paperwork, permits, surveys, water and pressure testing with engineering approval. I didn't have to do a thing. Pinnacle did it all and I would recommend them to repair your foundation too. Good job guys.

Flipping Amazing! I cannot say enough great things about this company! From the start Robby has literally been so understanding and patient with us. I think I might have called him 20 times before, during, and at the end of the process. He always took the time to address all the questions I/my husband had. I feel like this company has literally become family. We could text/call and we always got a response. We under estimated the work that these guys do. Its hard work!. I was in awe everyday seeing these guys work. Miguel was a fantastic asset to us, he always walked with us and showed us everything, took time to explain and answer EVERY question. Unfortunately for us there were so many issues with our foundation but this company held our hand and walked us through the entire process. As you can see I can go on for days about Pinnacle. Please if you are thinking of getting foundation work, DO NOT HESITATE to call them. This type of repair to your home is a huge deal. You want someone who answers every question and never makes you feel like you are a burden. Seriously a great team from the sweet ladies in the office to the guys working on the house. James was very honest and displayed a level of high integrity. We were prepared to pay for foundation repairs and he assured us that our foundation was intact. In our current “pandemic” state with concerns about companies making it financially, this is a true showing of the character of James and this company. Honesty and integrity is an obvious core value based on other reviews I’ve read and my first hand experience. I worked with Robby Brown to get my measurements and quote and he had the best customer service I could expect. He worked with me on adjusting my quote to meet my needs and answered all of my questions, no matter how small, in a prompt time. When it came to do the repair, they had a large crew and got straight to work, didn't waste any time. They had another another job cancel so they sent more guys and turned my 2 day job into 1. They did a great job with clean up afterwards as well and all the guys were very professional while working on my home. I would definitely recommend this company to someone else.

I could not recommend Pinnacle foundation repair enough. Robby came out and was very polite, professional and friendly. He was informative and explained everything he was looking for and doing. After he had finished he discussed his findings and ultimately did not recommend that any work needed to be done! This was great news that we didn’t have to have any work done but also that he was honest even if it meant not making money off of us! I will definitely be using pinnacle foundation for any future concerns/issues since I know that I will get reliable, honest answers. I highly recommend giving them a call even if you aren’t sure you have an issue. They provided me with peace of mind after I had previously been stressing out about possibly having foundation issues.

I was impressed with the owner Robby Brown and his honest assessment of my home. He gave valuable information to help me improve the area that didn't require foundation repair. His bid for the area that did need work was significantly lower than other bids I received and he and the office were in frequent contact with me. The crew was on time and efficient and tidy and it was a brutally cold and wet day. Very pleased and will use again.

Robby and his team were extremely professional and thorough in their inspections of my foundation issues which led to a recommendation of monitoring water levels and no foundation repair. You have to respect a professional who invests their time and energy knowing they will not be paid anything for their efforts.

Robby and team came out and evaluated my parent's 80 year old pier and beam home. The home had significant challenges due to age and previous subpar repairs (handy man). The floors were uneven and unsteady. Robby was professional and very good in explaining what steps should be taken to stabilize the foundation. The outcome exceeded our expectations.
