My contact with Terminittors/Elmerâ s Home Services was Cynthia. I had a woodpecker hole in my chimney and a squirrel made it bigger and made itâ s way into a wall/attic of the house. Cynthia was professional, proficient in her field and quicky set up an appointment dispacting a crew to set up trap cages and to inspect the attic. The hole was sealed, no more squirrel! I was not satisfied with the position of the wire mesh used because a wasp got in. Cynthia immediately had them return to cover the hole with metal flash. No tiny critters or rain can get in now :) She is one who is determined to do the right thing and have a customer satisfied.! The fee was very reasonal compared to competitors. Thank you Cynthia!! Just like the radio commercial says, Henry Diaz inspected the whole system, inside and outside units, and showed us what he found. He explained everything in easy to understand terms. The unit is still working perfectly, it was just an old duct connection that was damaged and came loose. He was able to fix the problem, and suggested a future repair, but was not pushy about it. We bought the air conditioning system from Elmer's in 2017 to replace the older system that came with our home, and if we ever need any more service, we'll be calling Elmer's again. I absolutely recommend them.

Mario gave us many options to fit our budget. No pressure! We went with a new and better system. The guys who installed were very courteous and worked continuously to get the job done. We were impressed with their work ethics - Toby. Alex and Christian (I believe were the guys names. ) We highly recommend Elmerà ¢à  à  s to anyone needing AC in south Texas!! Thanks again, Elmer!

Many gave us the most exceptional AC unit for our home. He was patient and friendly to help us decide on what we needed. He gave us a discount and make our transaction fast and easy. Installation followed the next day. They are very professional and friendly too. Great customer service!

Excellent service! Had them come check my Heater for the Winter. Showed up on time, observed COVID protections. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will call them again in the Spring to check the unit before the Summer season. Johnny is a true professional. Thank you.

I am very disappointed. I lost water pressure in my house. Called on a Saturday to schedule future service. They offered Tuesday morning and I agreed. Tuesday at 1200 they called stating. A technician called out sick today, and we cannot make it. I am not upset people call out. But my bet is he called out in the morning. It is unprofessional to call after the appointment time stating someone called out and to reschedule. Honesty a call at 830 would have allowed me to go to work. Instead, I had to take a full day of vacation, and now have to take another to fix the problem. Considering their name is on-time Elmer...ironic. As for their work, no comments as they canceled.

Elmerâ s plumbing is incredible and the staff is phenomenal! Unexpectedly we found out we had to replumb a house that we had just purchased. After meeting with several companies, Jacob came from Elmerâ s and from the beginning to end was fantastic. He was reassuring, knowledgeable and all around amazing to work with. Once the work started, Matt and David did a fantastic job (ask for them for your projects!), always keeping us updated in what was going on and being so efficient with attention to detail. We trusted them completely which was a huge stress relief. When we discovered even more unexpected problems everyone again was so patient and helpful with us. Will came out to assess the second problem and went above and beyond trying to help us figure everything out. I would highly recommend this team, they have a passion for the work they do and it shows! We cannot thank them enough!
