They charged me 54 just to tell me i need to order the part off amazon then they left smh, i found the part at walmart, they could have handled that and fixed it the same day

Their customer service department is awesome! They did a good job replacing a fixture in the downstairs bathroom sink, a leak, and all toilets in three bathrooms, which are beautiful. They did come back and adjust one toilet seat, but the lead guy said I was going to buy another one anyway, but I insisted, and he had his guy do it. But the seats are still too small for the wide opening. So we have to spend more money to get seats that fit the toilets they installed, very uncomfortable.

He was on time and professional, but did not find any leaks. I will have city come back out to check again. My water bill was high, but universal city seems to think it's cuz the estimate instead of realy measure. Too high for me to include sewer and trash. hate their rates. I guess not finding a leak is good....
